RADIO FREQUENCY CIRCUIT DESIGN

This subject will be useful to M Tech students to deal with performance of discrete
components at high frequencies, behaviour of chip resistors, inductors and chip capacitors. It
may include coupled micro-strip and lumped elements, non reciprocal components with
active devices. Students will become familiar single port and multiport networks. Application
of these in designing RF amplifier and oscillators.
