General remarks :
The Builder shall be required to respect the characteristics detailed herein.
The values indicated in the C.P.S are considered as guarantees in the sense that the
properties of the equipment supplied shall not be inferior to the conditions set in the
C.P.S taking into consideration the tolerances if any.
Any modification considered necessary by the Builder during the execution of the
contract shall be submitted in writing to the Client with justificatory documentation and
shall be subject to approval by the Client.
