Managed and led the R4R, Recruiting Recruiters team, which was composed of 15 recruiters and
sourcers.
Responsible for doubling the size of the technical Recruiting Team, from 60 recruiters to 140 in 3
months.

Managed and designed all recruiting events and strategies for R4R.
