Kept plant reliability above 99% with strong emphasis to safety and best engineering practices.
Implemented Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) based on SAP PM for the plant to
enhance the plant reliability, and to reduce Inventory and cost of down time.
Implemented HSE directives, in line with international standards and Linde SHEQ policies.
Proposed, installed and commissioned Diesel Power Plant of 5MW with grid synchronization to improve
plant availability and to meet high market demand of product (Industrial gases),
Formulated quality control system for industrial gases by regularly calibrating product quality analyzers
and safety critical instruments (Level, Pressure, differential Pressure transmitters).
Regularly carried out predictive maintenance for plant machinery using thermal imager (Fluke Ti-100),
Vibration analysis (SKF CMAS100), and Partial Discharge activity monitoring (Ultra TEV Plus+).
Proposed UPS of 5MW for full plant back to overcome voltage sags and dips. (Under process).
Won Pakistan Excellence Award twice, one in 2012 and one in 2013 in recognition of my efforts for

For the installation of 130 TPD air separation plant, worked with plant suppliers for drawings, making them
understand companys standards, and got agreements on conflicting issues. Key contributions were,
Play pivoted role in the installation, testing, commissioning and operation of Pakistans largest air separation
plant set up by Linde AG.
Supervised more then 30 contractors and vendors through out the project phase by creating a team spirited
environment giving top priority to safety.
Successfully and safely executed the project in time with close coordination with consultants and plant
suppliers for the electrical and instrument installations.
Installed all plant E&I equipment (LV/MV switchgear, transformers, cable racks, cable laying, PLC panels,
analyzer cabinets, junction boxes, transmitters) as per drawings and specs.
Site manager for commissioning of DCS control system, protection relays, analyzers and transmitters.
Issued all electrical related work permits and witnessed all electrical/control system tests.
Liaison with government and private organizations for 11KV, 5000KW permanent power connection.
Focal person for the laying termination & testing of 3KM long power cable from grid to company premises.
Gave a cost saving of up to 2 Million PKR with proper cable selection.
