ii) Payment Terms:

iii) Time of Completion:

Contractor will be responsible for completing the work within 3 months
after receiving work order. Failure to complete the above mentioned item will
violate the terms and condition of this work order.
vi) Other Terms and Conditions:

1. By accepting this work order the contractor agrees that it is solely his
responsibility to complete the items mentioned within prescribed time.
2. By accepting this work order the contractor he cannot leave the project
without completing the items mentioned above. If he do so he will be
subjected to monetary penalty or any other means deems suitable by
the employer.
3. By accepting this work order the contractor accepts that he is
responsible for any safety necessary for the workers during working.
4. The contractor will be responsible for the quality and quantity of
materials as stated in this work order. The contractor will rectify any
defect at own cost.
5. The contractor must ensure smooth operation of the existing lift till
installation and making good of the lift as per satisfaction of Index
Development LTD.
6. Index Development LTD are entitled to cancel out work order without
showing any advance notice or citing any reasons.
