MINUTES OF

ANTWERP TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

THURSDAY JULY 25, 2002

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairperson Glen Wilkinson

Board Members Present: Margaret Grabbe, Bonnie Osborne, Joe Stimac, Gary Stock and Glenn
Wilkinson.
Board Members Absent: None
Also Present: Three guests.
Motion by Osborne, second by Stimac to approve the agenda as presented. All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
Motion by, Wilkinson second by Osborne to approve the minutes of the February 28, 2002 meeting
as published.
All voted in favor.
Motion carried.
New Business:
Motion by Stock, second by Osborne to grant approval for request from Sandy Rose for a
Home Occupation permit to run a group daycare/preschool (up to 12 years old), at 48730
2950 Street, Paw Paw MI 49079. Property number is 80-02-138-001-00, Tax Plate number
is 501-M1, in section 4, currently zoned Ag/Low Density. All voted in favor Motion carried.

Motion by Osborne, second by Wilkinson to adjourn.
