Technology Services, the technology division of FMR India, works with its technology partners across the
globe to develop, manage and support technology solutions to meet the changing business needs.
Role Description:
We are looking for talented, self-driven and enthusiastic individuals to join as Project Managers for our
Technology Services division in FMR India. The ideal candidate should be technically savvy, have a
passion to solve business problems leveraging best practices from Fidelity and industry, have flair to
understand business dynamics and act as an inspiring leader for engineering teams. This role requires
the Manager to solve real business problems by thorough analysis, planning and managing deliverables,
besides managing global stakeholders and vendors. This candidate will need to wear multiple hats
throughout manage resources (wherever needed), provide mentorship, liaise with technology and
business stakeholders, manage vendors, provide thought leadership through business and technology
innovation, extensively collaborate across various global teams and actively participate in local/global
initiatives. Flexibility, adaptability, an open mind to learn, unlearn and relearn, heightened sense of
accountability and a passion to solve business problems through technology are key differentiators for
this role.

Engineering Graduates with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
