This document is a written agreement amongst Doltyn
Snedden and the couple of __________________________,
including payment options, package choices, and agreement
details.
Package Options: (Desired Package Number_____)
1. Includes: (8 Hour Day [Can Vary]) 7-11 Minute video
recapping your special day from the preparation of the bride
to the last event of your reception in Full 1080HD quality
accompanied by your favorite songs, given in a digital format
(DropBox, Google Drive, Etc.) and two(2) physical copies
(Thumbdrive or CD) Flat Rate-$1,000
2. Includes: (8 Hour Day [Can Vary]) 7-11 Minute video
recapping your special day from the preparation of the bride
to the last event of your reception in Full 1080HD quality
accompanied by your favorite songs, given in a digital format
(DropBox, Google Drive, Etc.) and two(2) physical copies
(Thumbdrive or CD) *Includes all extra RAW footage
from the day Flat Rate-$1,250
Payment Options: (Desired Payment Option Number_____)
1. 30% Down Payment (To be Received within THREE
weeks of signing this contract)- The rest to be paid in FULL on
the Day of the Wedding
2. 30% Down Payment (To be Received within THREE
weeks of signing the contract)- The rest to be paid PER
MONTH leading up to the wedding (remaining balance
divided by the number of months left until the wedding.)

3. 50% Down Payment (To be Received within THREE

weeks of signing this contract)- The rest to be paid in FULL on
the Day of the Wedding
4. 50% Down Payment (To be Received within THREE
weeks of signing this contract)- The rest to be paid PER
MONTH leading up to the wedding (remaining balance
divided by the number of months left until the wedding.)
5. PAID IN FULL upon signing and submitting this
contract.

Contract Details: The above contract lists all of the package and
payment options.
This contract, once signed, cannot be voided, with
only one exception: Upon the situation where the wedding
is cancelled, only the down payment is expected.
In the normal event, payment MUST be received and
finalized by the end of the wedding day as listed in the
payment options.
If for any reason the terms of this contract are violated
and cannot be resolved, proper measures will be applied to
settle the issue, and may include the law.
If the wedding is postponed or rescheduled, original
payment/package options still apply.
If by any reason due to emergency, the services of
Doltyn Snedden are not able to attend, a full refund will be
issued.
ANY alterations to this contract, such as payment
extensions, wedding cancellation, etc. MUST be agreed upon
and clearly communicated with Doltyn Snedden and
documented for both parties records.
If at any time you choose to no longer work with
Doltyn Snedden, the down payment CANNOT be refunded.
By signing this contract, you agree to and understand all of the
listed options, packages, and agreements above and understand
the case and consequences of contract violation. You understand
that Doltyn Snedden has the right to press charges and take legal
measures if this contract is violated. You agree to pay the selected
payment option above as agreed upon. If all of the above is
understood, please sign and date on the line below.
