Dilip,
I wanted to take a moment to thank you for your hard work, integrity, and leadership over the past year
and a half. As our companys presence grew in Hyderabad, it was very apparent we needed to add an HR
employee to focus on recruiting, employee relations, and engagement items. I could have never known
at the time that hiring you to be the Human Capital Manager of our Hyderabad office would be so critical
to the long-term success of our business.
As you know, you became witness to some unethical practices taking place in Hyderabad and as a person
of integrity, you brought these acts to our attention. Your insight into the day-to-day operations allowed
us make the organizational changes we needed in order to right the ship and set our Hyderabad office
up for future growth. This took courage on your part, so I commend you for making the choice to the
right thing, when you felt so much pressure to compromise your ethics.
Dilip, you approach your work from both the strategic view of the business needs, while also keeping in
mind the single employee view. This dual focus is hard to find in a single employee. Keep up the good
work! I look forward to having you on my team - 2016 will be a very big year for the global Human Capital
