We are grateful for the perennial support given by your institution to the programs of the City
Arts and Culture Office most especially to the scholarship program. Your invaluable efforts
had greatly contributed to our success.
This novel year, ISKOLAR-Calbayog charted to streamlining the scholarship program to an
unperturbed yet more creative structure. The Arts Academy Program is composed of seven
(7) performing arts groups wherein a grantee is allowed to apply to ONLY one discipline and
secure a full scholarship. The program will continue to provide quality art sessions/trainings
to ensure the creative core advancement of the grantees.
It is in this light that we are fervently asking permission to conduct a room-to-room advocacy
in your institution promoting this great opportunity in arts and culture. The promotion period
will be in the following inclusive dates: January 9-13, 2017.
