What is PMYTS???
The answer is Prime Minister Youth Training Scheme
and now what is NIP??
NIP stands of National Internship Program
Background:
The National Internship Program (NIP) was initiated during the financial year 2006-07.
The program was transferred to Ministry of Youth Affairs in January 2009.
Main Objectives of the Program:
1. Providing financial relief to young degree holders.
2.Improving public sector performance by providing young, fresh, and motivated human
resource.
3. Enhancing capacity and employability of fresh graduates for their better professional
future.
List of all Phases:
1. NIP-2007-08 (Phase-I)
2. NIP-2008-09 (Phase-II)
3. NIP-2009-10 (Phase-III)
4. NIP-2010-11 (Phase-IV)
5. NIP-2011-12 (No phase program absent)
6. NIP-2012-13 (Phase-V) AJK, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan and Islamabad region only.
7. NIP-2013-14 (No phase program absent)
8. NIP-2014-2015(Phase-VI) All over pakistan
Yeh Internship Government ki taraf se h year me 1 bar ate h or ek specific criteria like
16-year education must and Diploma holder etc... Age b 25 se exceed na hu...
12 Thousand per Month Stipend (Pay) h...
NIP k under pure pakistan se organization h jis me private b hn or Government b...
Jahan Interns ko training k lye bhja jata h... Inrternship complete hune k bad ek adad
certifcate b dia jata h jiska advantages yh h apko 1 year ka experience mil jata h
Next Question what is Intern???
Intern wo student hn jo is scheme me select hue hn wo jahan kam kerte hn as an intern
kam ker rh hn...
Interns Kam kia kerte hn???
kam apki organization p depend krta h k ap kahan hu apki qualification kia h ap se apki
organization kia kam le rh h and month k end me apki Progress report banae jate h

Ans: Relocation is no more encouraged as such only Hardship case....

Question 3 ufone sim ka kia scene h sim Lena necessary h???
Ans:Ufone sim is just optional no mandatory if someone have a problem report to his
Incharge plx
Question 4 hardform submission is mandatory for intern status???
Ans: Yet no hard forms been needed neither we ask it only online joining is main
concern
Question 5 what are the duties and power of focal person???
Ans: Focal person are expected to fulfil their corporate social responsibility (CSR)
towards the youth without any personal interest or desires for resources. No such
provision been made its about healthy youth engagement. Focal person shall help
interns get groomed for future prospects.
Question 6 already NBP account issue???
Ans: Already NBP accounts holders don't need an account nbp will pay then through
their existing active accounts
Question 7 interns web portal account problem related to password reset???
Ans: Resend credentials option with respective incharge
11. Focal person par complaint kasa karn???

Those interns who had got NBP account Opening msg on 9th Oct have received
stipend....
But still many of the interns have not Got Account opening message so they should wait
they'll also receive it ASAP

your Employer. It is only for your Benefit then don't complain that u were unaware.

First of all I already told u about" OCTOBER ASSESSMENT" But
Let me clear....
1. Cluster Incharge(CI)
2. Focal Person (FPs) / Employer
Ap k NIP account me Left side Ap k CI ka name Plus contact Number ap k Name k bad
already mention h....
nd Ap k Focal Person ka name ap k Placement letter me mention h...
Now Assessment Issue: Assessment upload kerne ki access FPs k pass h... FPs ko
email/msg already Circulate ker diye gae hen k Interns ki October Assessment upload
kren before 24th Oct....
Her Focal person ka apna he criteria h k wo interns se attendance kab le rh kis date ko
le rh hn... Actual date 24th h... But Focal person k pass bht ziada Interns hn that's why
her Focal Person ne apne time k according assessment Ki demand Ki..... Itne interns ka
data upload kerne me obviously bht time lagta h second yh k weekend b h....
Interns ka kam just itna h k ek bar apne FPs ko remind kerwaen k is month (OCTOBER)
ki Assessment upload ker den....
Assessment just ap k FPs ne upload kerne h coz Intern k same account ki ek copy FPs
k pass h jahan wo online apki Assessment upload krenge....
Ab Fps ko Attendance kese dene h wo apko pata hna chae ya jahan ap attendance k
lye sign kerte hn ya ap k department k head ko etc k Manually kis tarah dene h...
Important: FPs Assessment upload nh ker rhy etc Ans: CI k Contact Number p Call/Text
ker k complain kren, CI ko email ker k complain kren and the Last and Important ones
ap apne NIP Account se Online hu k "SUPPORT CENTER" ki Tab on ker k apna Issue
bata k complain ker den....
CONCLUSION: Ask ur FPs for Assessment of the Month of "OCTOBER" Because It's
Mandatory/Necessary/Important for Receiving Stipend of this Month...
