Dear Mr. Rivera,

This refers to your engagement of the services of the undersigned
in connection with the above captioned case. Please be informed that the
total fees for this engagement amounts to Two Hundred Twenty
Thousand Pesos (PhP 220,000.00) which shall be paid as follows:

1. PhP 100,000.00 Upon acceptance of the case.

2. PhP 50,000.00 - Upon Preliminary Hearing of the case.
3. PhP 70,000.00 - Upon issuance of judgment/finality.
