Police Senior Inspector Guevarra served the Philippine National

police on November 12,2004 with miscellaneous assignments.


Possessing the qualities of a refined woman and being principled
member of the organization PSINSP Guevarra achieved
remarkable accomplishments as a commission officer on
November 1, 2011.
She was assigned at Cubao Police Station 7(PS-7) as Patrol
Supervisor on September 7,2015. Her dedication and
perseverance in Anti-Criminality Campaign led to numerous arrest
including the arrest of the suspects for the violation of RA 10054
( Helmet regulation Act of 2009) and RA 10586 (Anti-Drunk and
Drugged Driving Act of 2013) and Resistance & Disobedience to
Person in Authority. Thereafter, on February 20,2016 she was the
Deputy Commander of PCP 1. To promote good relationship
between the Station and the Barangays and other LGUs different
advocacies was made like Crime Prevention on how to Handle
Batang Hamog, Oplan Lambat Sibat, Mobilization of NGOs and
Salaam Action Team, FORA /Symposia and Community Survey
Engagement. As a steward for change she was designated as the
concurrent Officer-in-charge in Station Women and Children
Protection Desk on February __,2016. During her term the
implementation of programs particularly in women empowerment
and protection was attained through efforts and dedication by
Reaching out Operations of street Children/Families and Street
Dwellers. There were one hundred sixty-eight (168) person
rescued in the different target areas. On March 29,2016 she was
appointed as the Chief for Administration and in recognition to
her commendable support during the Stations Preparation for the
PGS Performance Audit, the station garnered Best Practice
rating.
Career lattice as a modern work environment and a prevalent
path today,
PSINSP Guevarra has received Medalya ng
Katangitanging Gawa, Medalya ng Pagtulong sa Nasalanta, PNP
Badge of Honor, ten (10) Letter of Commendation, five (5)

Medalya ng Kasanayan, and eleven (11) Medalya ng Papuri. Being


the Chief for Administration subsequently became the OIC in
Operations, the station ranked as No.1 in the overall ranking
among the twelve (12) stations of the Quezon City Police District
in PNP Unit Performance Rating for the 1 st Quarter CY 2016.Her
immediate action led to the arrest of one of the Top 10 Most
Wanted personality suspect for Theft. Another arrest was made
for the Violation of Sec.2 and 12 of article II of RA 9165. The
ability to apply strategies recognized her for invaluable service
and support during the presentation of the Station Documented
Implementation of the PNP Patrol Plan 2030 (Unit Revalida) as
part of the Compliance Stage.
The foregoing outstanding accomplishment exemplified by her is
very indispensable standard for the public safety service. The
commendable result of such laborious and perceptible effort
manifest her competence and confidence in excelling in every
duty she performed not only by QCPD in particular but by the PNP
as a whole.
