John and Jane Smith have just opened up a new doctors office in Sacramento, CA.
Together, they run and operate a small practice called Smith & Smith clinic
(henceforth referred to as S&S) with a receptionist, Rachel Smith, to field calls and
set up appointments. John and Jane have done a small amount of local advertising
in newspapers, so they have a patient base of 500 patients so far.
Project Purpose:
S&S has no online presence. Online presence, in this case, refers to a website,
online marketing, as well as other online ways to reach the business such as being
searchable on google. Today, an online presence is a major determinate in
attracting new customers and adds a great deal of credibility to a clinic. The
purpose of this project is to create an online presence for S&S to recruit new
patients to the clinic as well as provide an online location for new patients to learn
about the clinic.

High Level Requirements:
