Our general services will include but not be limited to;
Delivery:
Deliveries of the products are made free of charge within the city limits of the store
purchased from. A nominal charge applies and depends on distances and other
factors for locations that are away from the store/city purchased from.
Exchange & Refund:
At Marina we are proud of the products we carry and encourage customers to take
time to shop with us, enjoy the ambience of the store and be sure of their purchases,
however we recognize that at times there may be an impulse purchase here or there
as our products tend to draw you in! For such cases where one would like to
exchange an item we allow a period of 7 days after purchase where certain terms
and conditions as stipulated at the time of purchase are upheld.
Export Services:
We offer export services on port to port basis. All other charges at the port of
destination are usually on the customers account as these are usually controlled by
the governing rules of the countries (regions) the customers would be coming from.

Warranty:
Marina provides a warranty for minimum 1 year against manufacturing defects which
is limited to the country of sale.

Launch:
As you enter the Marina Home flagship store in Lahore, its a moment of awe and inspiration. The
beautifully done up space with the most gorgeous pieces to adorn ones home is nothing short of
breathtaking. And we were lucky enough to see it first when the Dubai based home decor and interiors
premium chain opened its doors to the Pakistani market.
A venture by the master group who have reinvented the science of sleep through Molty foam and Celeste
range, Marina Home, is a brand known for its sensible fusion of modern and rustic, avant garde and the
exotic.
With artisans creating unique pieces for Marina Home across the globe spread out in various continents,
each piece is a work of art, miles away from the horror of mass production, making your house a home,
uniquely yours and beautifully distinct.
The launch event itself was distinctive than what we see usually at a store opening. Guests were
welcomed warmly by hosts designer oar excellence Kamiar Rokni and the beautiful Cybil Chowdry. The
guest list included whose who of fashion and entertainment industry including Fahd Hussayn, Rana
Noman, Mehvish Khan, Shazia Deen, Maheen Ghani, Amna Taseer, Yousaf Shahbaz and Ali Azmet.
Jimmy Khan and Zoe Viccaji created a very friendly vibe with their unplugged music making this a night to
remember.
