why/how? (Your Vision for the company) *
As a 20 + years company, I want EDS to take a big step in making GLOBAL
Presence to expand our business, also EDS can plan for some engineering
services like RANAL Engineering.
We should more focus on Solutions like ENOVIA, DELMIA and increase our
customer base in those solutions which will make us more valuable partner.
7. How will the success look like? How will you know the dream has been
achieved? *
According to me EDS has tasted success many times in past as the premium
partner to Dassault Systemes India. We should soon reach 250 crore target as
our growth rate is less.
8. What do I value most about the people around me, in EDST? *
I have seen most of the people are putting their maximum efforts in both
sales and technical. The dedicated efforts in supporting by tech support
team, the morals& ethics followed by sales are really adding more value.

9. How important is the success of my team members and why? *


Success of every individual adds value to the company directly and indirectly
either by getting new customers or repetitive business from existing
customers, which will definitely be a success to EDST.
10.What is the best way to judge the individual performance? *
For Sales : The best way to judge the performance of a sales guy is directly
measured in numbers but according to me it should be measured in the
efforts he put to maintain post sales relationship with customers, efforts he
take to pitch wide range of solutions in the market , how much he is following
ethics in the business.
For Tech - Support: The capability in adopting to new technologies, learning
curve, customer relationship, getting additional business from existing
customers
11.What would you like to see change at EDS Technologies that will make you
perform even more effectively? *
Best of my knowledge things are fine and I dont think any changes needed.
12.What in your View should be one Big-Audacious-Goal, for EDS Technologies?

Add more value to customers to the latest technologies available in the
market and serve them best.
