Narrative

Patrols observed the listed subject traveling at a high rate of

speed on Market Street. Radar confirmed the speed of the
vehicle to be 48 MPH in a listed 30 MPH zone. A traffic stop was
initiated, and while coming to a stop in a business parking lot
the listed subject hit a Sheriffs patrol car that was parked in the
parking lot. Upon further investigation patrols observed the odor
of consumed alcohol coming from the listed subject. The listed
subject was brought back to Potsdam Police Department for field
sobriety tests, which he failed. The listed subject was then
transported to Canton Potsdam Hospital for blood tests to
confirm the blood alcohol content. The listed subject was issued
three Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above listed charges.
