A warm welcome to the HBC Smart Repair and
PDR Training Academy, designed to provide the
highest quality technical training on all aspects
of Smart Repair. The course also includes key
commercial training.

All our trainers are fully qualified and industry
trained with many years of sector experience and
they are also all fluent in several languages
Facilities
The training centres are a purpose-built, state-of-the
art facilities featuring classroom, presentation suite,
offices, relaxation and refreshment area all with
Wi-Fi access. The work area is fully equipped with
complete repair systems and ample consumables.
Training standards
Training courses are intensive combining a mix of
theory with practical live vehicle repairs. In line with
Practice makes perfect delegates are required to
actively participate in all repair processes.
Delegates are introduced to repair methods
observing the trainer performing a complete repair
from start to finish. They are then required to carry
out the repair themselves under supervision and are
technically assessed accordingly.

All our Smart Repair and PDR training
packages are All-inclusive. We have
included all hotel accomodation and
subsistence costs in your Training Academy stay
- not only easing your planning but also ensuring
you a clear price with no additional expenses.
Accommodation / Delegates will
stay at a local motel, situated 3 kms
from the Training Academy. All rooms
are modern with bathroom, shower and TV/DVD.
Smoking rooms are available on request.
Meals / Breakfast and dinner is included with

your stay at the hotel. A selection of hot and cold
beverages is provided with a lunch menu - lunch
is served at 12:30 p.m. each day in the training academy.
Special dietary requirements should be advised when

Glue repair system for Plastic, Leather, and Vinyl
Finding the right kind of adhesive for each job can
often be difficult to the user. HBC system B1 is a
glue system for repair of scratches and damages
in junctions of Plastic, Leather and Vinyl. It makes
it possible to repair hard and flexible plastic, both
interior and exterior parts, bumpers, dashboards,
as well as leather and vinyl components.
The system contains all the required tools and
adhesive materials to complete the repair from
start to finish. The adhesive types contained in the
system include among others specially developed

hot-melt adhesive, chemically activated adhesives
for hard plastics, flexible and rigid adhesive.
Plastic, Leather, and Vinyl System B1 is complete
with cleaners, primers, and reinforcement material
and the tools. Copy the structure to top off the repair
for a perfect finish!
System B1 contains a complete assortment of
adhesives ranging from specially developed hotmelt
with fine structure to soft, flexible, or hard bumperadhesive for dashboards and glass fibre boxes on
caravans and lorries.

Handling and Application

The Leather crack filler paste contains approximately
30% water, which means that when the product is dry,
the volume of the product will have diminished by
30%. Consequently, deep scratches will probably
have to be refilled once more. The adhesion of a
filler is depending on the thickness of the product.
The thinner the product, the better the adhesion.
The thicker the worse the adhesion. You can
sand B leather crack filler with fine sanding
paper (P320-P400) before adding the final
colour on the filled scratch.

Vinyl repair glue System B

B Compound
B Compound is a water based flexible acrylic

leather filler for holes in leather and vinyl.
Must be over coated with water based or
solvent based leather coating. Resistant to
common used leather cleaner and protection.
Curing time:
Dust-dry after approx. 1 minute by heating
at 140 degrees. Set to touch when cooled
down.
Handling and Application
Clean the area with plast cleaner part no.
00.039. Fill the damaged area with B
Compound using the palette knife part no.
00.013. Apply a mouldmaker copy on top of
the wet glue. Use the heat sealing iron on the
mould from Mouldmaker part no. 00.021 and
heat the product until it is melting. Cool down
with cooling bag part no. 00.007 and carefully
remove the mould.

How does the HBC Spectrophotometer
work?
The original leather and vinyl is scanned
with the hand-held spectrophotometer. The
resulting data is converted into an easy to
follow recipe drawing on 5 of the 13 base B3
scan colors. The list of standard colours made
by HBC system, is also available to download
on www.hbc-system.com.The recipe gives
the exact amount of each colour that is
needed to achieve the volume required, from
as little as 50ml to 5 litres per mix.
All that is needed is to measure and mix
the colours thoroughly, add the right level
of dulling agent (gloss adjuster) to adjust

the sheen to the correct level. Now you are
ready to paint the repair area.
When combining the Spectrophotometer
with the B3 scan color mixing system
finding the right color becomes an easy job

on the dashboard, leather or vinyl surface

The leather color is completely dry in less than 5 minutes
The leather color has a color indicator directly on the can

User instructions and procedure
Clean the area with leather cleaning spray. Dry off the
area with a clean cloth one to three times. Apply a leather
spray paint coat in 3-5 thin layers on all or part of the area.
Remember to wait 5 to 10 minutes between each layer. Let
the leather paint dry 45 hours before exposure to normal
wear and tear.
Consumption
1 pcs. leather paint of 400 ml aerosol is sufficient for
approximately a 1.5 m leather area.
1 pcs. of Leather Cleaner Aerosol 400 ml part no. 00.937 is
sufficient for approximately a 1,5 m leather area.
250 ml leather paint is sufficient for approximately 1-1.5 m

Instructions for use

1. Remove the screw cap and push up the tip about 4 mm
out of the tube, unscrewing it.
2. Pre-test on a concealed area.
3. Pass the HBC Ink Remover stick repeatedly over the
point to be cleaned, pressing gently.
4. Let the product work on the stain for about 30 seconds.
5. Wipe off HBC Ink Remover with a soft dry cloth.
6. Clean with Leather Cleaner.
7. Apply HBC Leather Guard, rubbing the leather gently with circular movements, then let it dry.

Part no. 00.940 Leather cleaner,strong - 250ml.
HBC Leather Cleaner, strong contains a highly effective detergent for cleaning pigmented leather
upholstery like car, motorcycle, boat, airplane and sofa seats. It can also be used on other
resistant leather articles like shoes and handbags. It is not suitable for aniline leathers, nubuck or
suede. If you have a delicate skin or if you use frequently HBC Leather Cleaner, strong, please
wear latex gloves while using the product.
1. Shake the bottle well before using.
2. Pre-test the colorfastness on a hidden area.
3. Put HBC Leather Cleaner, strong onto a soft sponge and produce foam by squeezing it repeatedly.
4. Clean the area without rubbing.
5. Wipe the excess foam and the soiling away with a soft white cotton cloth.
6. Dry with a dry cloth and let dry fully.
HBC LEATHER STAIN REMOVER

Part no. 00.942
Stain remover - 250ml.
HBC Stain remover removes resistant stains from leather and PVC. Do not use on aniline, nubuck
or suede. Use this product with caution.
1. Apply a little HBC Stain remover on a clean cloth.
2. Test the colour resistance of the leather on a hidden spot.
3. Rub lightly on the leather to see if there is no colour transfer onto the cloth.
4. If this test is OK, rub lightly with the cloth over the stained area.
5. If needed, treat the stained area once more, checking regularly that no colour is transferred onto the cloth.
6. Clean the treated area with HBC Leather Cleaner.
7. Let dry and apply HBC Leather Guard.
HBC LEATHER GUARD (LEATHER PROTECTION CREAM)

Leather guard - 250ml.
HBC Leather Guard is a water based protection cream for all leather types, except nubuck
and suede. HBC Leather Guard protects against oil, water and alcohol based stains as well as
everyday dirt and grime. It will also keep your leather lovely and soft, and when used regularly
prevents pigmented leather from cracking.
We recommend your leather is cleaned and re-protected at least every six months. Aniline leather
placed in rooms subject to heavier use may need cleaning more regularly and more thoroughly.
1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Pre-test on a concealed area.
3. Put a small amount of HBC Leather Guard onto a soft, clean cloth and apply to the surface
of the leather evenly. Repeat on areas subject to heavy use.
4. Leave about 30 minutes to dry.
5. Buff the leather lightly with a clean soft cloth.

All automotive windscreens are laminated. The two

layers of glass are permanently bonded together by
a plastic membrane. If something hits a laminated
windscreen, like a flying stone, the glass will not shatter.
Cover the chip with an UV film and use an ultra-violet

light to harden the resin. Finally, polish the glass clean
and it is immediately safe secured in a 99% repair
quality.
This is because the damaged area sticks to the plastic

membrane and this is why the stone chip in the
windscreen can be repaired.
The total time consumption of a complete windscreen

repair process is only approx. 15 minutes or lower.
The first important step is to check that the damaged

area is clean and tidy. The next step is to suck all the air
out of the chip with a vacuum, and inject it with a clear
windscreen resin, the HBC DualX2, before reversing
the vacuum in order to force the resin to fill out the chip.

The windscreen cutting system from

HBC system is used to remove glued-in
windscreens from vehicles without using
cutting blades or metal wire. As the tool
is powered using a rechargeable electric
screwdriver (not included as part of the kit), it
does not require much expenditure of force.
In order to cut through the adhesive bead
around the windscreen, the kit makes use of
the specially designed high-tensile cutting wire
(Part no. 623). This removal wire has a cutting
performance that is similar to standard metal
cutting cords, but is so soft and flexible that it
avoids any damage to the paintwork of the vehicle.
The tool is constructed in such a way that the tool
only needs to be repositioned four times to remove
the windscreen and the tool does not need to be
modified during the process.

The primary task of the structure is to make the aluminum

sheet more resistant to shocks and to compensate for minor
irregularities. Damage can be caused by extreme weather
conditions, hail etc or incidental annoying accidents or
vandalism, on campsites, during transit or at home.
How the system works:
With the specialist repair process an exact copy of the
surface design or pattern is taken (on the undamaged part
of the panel) using the patented vacuum tool,templates
and mouldmaker. The mould can then be transferred to
the damaged area where the special E-Filler is injected,
leaving a surface structure which corresponds exactly to
the original panel. After the material hardens the borders
are sanded and the whole repair area is powder blasted
using a specialist granulate E-Powder. The repair area can
then be primed and painted.

HBC system has for a decade successfully produced
car paint for spot repair systems to the automotive
industry.
We are happy to introduce a new spot repair system
for repairing paint damage on caravans and mobile
homes.
The foundation of the system is 15 base colors, which
can be mixed together with the easy to use software
(accesss code and download link is included with the
system). When the color software is installed on your
pc you are ready to start. Simple and easy!
When starting a caravan spot repair you need to ensure

that youre using the right color tone. In the system youll
find two large color indexes making it an easy job to
select the right color tone. Simply enter the right tone
number into the color mixing softwware and press enter
the software will provide you with the recipe to mix with
the 15 base colors.
On the included mini scale you can mix the recipe from
the recipe. You are now ready to spray the right color
on the damage or the repaired area. After spraying the
color, spray the surface around the repair area with fade
thinner, which melts the new and old paint together.
The system works easy, simple and the result always
looks nice.

This kit is especially designed for the PDR technician with high

twister tools and additional tools such as whale tail, mini twister,

The training of eye-hand coordination is one of the most difficult exercises when
training Paintless Dent Repair (PDR). Trainees often spend several hours or days
before they can find the exact location of the tip of the tool.
HBC system has managed to find a solution for this issue by producing a PDR training
tool with a magnetic tip. A steel ball on top of the panel follows the tip wherever it goes
which makes it much easier to find the exact location of the tip of the tool.

Clean the surface with a clean

cloth using Glue remover.
Select the needed Plastic tip
Apply some hot glue on the Plastic tip
Place the Plastic tip in the center

of the dent.
Let it cool down for 3-4 min.
Place the Slide hammer on the Plastic tip

and pull the dent untill you have reached
the right level
Remove the Plastic tip from the surface

using Glue remover
Repeat step 2-9 untill you have reached

the needed result.
Polish the surface!

Technology
With the OZON Technology you not
only get rid of the smell from the air.
It also removes the smell that is in
the carpet and the fabrics.
An unpleasant smell can create discomfort, but indoor
the air pollution is a source of headaches, respiratory
problems, fatigue, muscle tensions, asthma, allergy,
dry mucous membrane and eye irritation. All of this has
an influence on the way people work and concentrate
during work.
Function: Under controlled circumstances UV-C light

arises in system H. This light generates/produces ozon (O3)
in connection with the natural oxygen (O2) content in the air
this happens in the same way as with sunbeams. By using this
method no harmful nitrogen oxides (NOX) arise.
This happens, when ozon is being generated by an electric
discharge, such as welding or duplicating/copying. Ozone has
the ability to combine with organic substances in the air such
as Nicotine, and the ozon oxidizes these. Thereby the bacteria,
vira and spores present in the air are being eliminated. During
the cleaning process the smelling air in the room is being
sucked into the system H, and it passes the HBC special lamp.
In connection with this, the treated and disinfected air is being
led back to the room with an ozon residue.

How to use Balancing Powder

Balancing Powder is placed inside the tyre before this is fitted to the rim. At a speed of 30 km/t the
centrifugal forces begin to take effect, whereupon the balancing powder is slung around in the tyre,
and the balancing effect begins to occur. The vibrations that arise in the tyres contact with the roadway
cause the balancing powder to move to the area of imbalance. This occurs constantly while driving,
thus producing a dynamic balance.
