KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
BIM MEP

Formulate BIM strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders

Build, create and ensure appropriate BIM organization Infrastructure
Prioritize the appropriate service offerings as per internal skill readiness
Preparation of Project BIM set-up and creating BIM Execution Plan.
Develop and Maintain best practices/ techniques of BIM
Defining and managing model hierarchy and establish work sharing procedures

Set up clash analysis and coordination protocol.

Daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up.
Maintain a BIM Program that is aligned with the Project Program.
Establish BIM Coordination workshops and report progress at meetings.
Liaise with Design Systems team to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively
communicated to project teams.
Manage and Coordinate BIM training to staff and evaluate their capabilities as required.
Establishing quality control procedures to check that all of the models are accurate, the level of detail
is fit for purpose.
Carrying out periodic Standards, Model Integrity and Building Code Validation checks
Develop and Manage QA/QC review process
