Ingredients:
cup Channa Dhal (soaked for 3 hours then drained)
cup Yellow Split Moong Dhal (soaked for 3 hours and drained)
2 medium carrot, grated
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp. coriander, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 green chili peppers, chopped
tsp ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Mix cucumber, coriander, moong dhal, channa dhal, ginger, green chili peppers and lemon juice
in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
