SUBJECT ; URGENT REQUEST TO INVESTIGATE, EVALUATE AND

RESOLVE THIS CASE AT ISSUE OF CONFLICTING TWO (2) EXISTING
CADASTRAL MAPS OF BALATAN CAMARINES SUR, (machine copy attached).

FACT
; 1. July 31, 1976, cadastral mapping were approved by Regional
Director PEDRO N. CALIMLIM, In fact authenticated records such as map blue
print and other relevant documents were issued to undersigned by the DENR
Regional Office, Legazpi City upon request; (COPY ATTACHED ANNEX A).

2. The unfortunately individual lot occupants/owners identified as

clearly indicated in the said July 31, 1976 approved cadastral map of Balatan
Camarines Sur Namely;

Diego Maniscan - Lot No. 2016

Tomas Bas- Lot No. 2066
Alfonso Peol

- Lot No. 2062

Benito Aslor

- Lot No. 2069

Fedila Maniscan - Lot No. 2060

Many others are encountering problems at time being affected and

disenfranchised in securing tenured legal documents such as applying title for
their respective lot because of the lately emerged another cadastral map of
Balatan (copy attached ANNEX B) also approved dated October 22, 1991 by
Regional Technical Director FLORENCIO V. REYES, where portion thereof was
accordingly classified as belong to timberland;
Please be informed further that since then subject lots are continuously,
peacefully occupied, fully develop and economically sustaining with
corresponding taxes are exactly timely paid to the government.
In view of the above, we are requesting authority to apply for title of our
respective lot in accordance of the July 31, 1976 approved Balatan Cadastral
mapping.
