ITEM 13: E-coded; disapproved and resubmission is necessary

1. ARGO's Accident Prevention Plan (APP) submittal is a sub-contractor

ELECTRICO's APP submission to the Prime Contractor and should not have a new
Submission sub category; but be a revisement of ARGO's APP (ie. 01 35 26-1.2).
The APP for this project is a living document and is continually reviewed by the
SSHO so that it interfaces with the Prime Contractor's overall safety and health
program (Spec 01 35 26-1.6).

2. ARGO must use and ensure sub-contractors are using Engineer Manual
(EM) 385 1.1 most recent edition (Spec 01 35 26-1.4).

3. ARGO is the "controlling authority" for all work site safety and health of
the subcontractors: according to Spec 01 35 26-1.6 and must sign and review all
submissions for the APP and Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA); (Spec 01 35 26-1.7)
and provided by ARGO to the Contracting Officer.
