Subject: Contributions for IAD Booth Display and other Special Concerns
Date: August 3, 2016

The month of August entails with the annual anniversary


celebration of the birth of DepEd Southern Leyte. On this
occasion, the Southern Leyte Division will be spearheading
different programs and activities which will be participated in by
all schools. Part of this celebration is the clustering of schools
and districts into IADs. In any such ways, the IAD where Sogod
District-I belongs needs a certain amount as contribution for
defraying the cost of the construction of booth to be displayed on
the culmination day of this years anniversary celebration. In this
connection, all SNHS teachers are required to contribute P5.00 as
agreed by the district leaders in a-priori conference.
The
mentioned P5.00 will be collected by Teresita B. Garachico, the
present clerk in the office of the principal, on or before
Friday (August 5, 2016).
Be further advised that the P30.00 contribution for the headdress
worn by some of our female teachers during the Sogod Founding
Day Celebration had already been overdue. However, many of
SNHS teachers had failed to pay. As further instructed by our
district leader, those who did not pay yet are still obligated to
pay the said amount on or before Friday. Again,
Teresita B. Garachico is in-charge of the collection process.
Special reminder for the best practices is also noted for the
following teachers:
1. Donnalyn O. Padilla- English
2. Lomelon S. Latoreno- Science
3. Eduardo Lumandog- Mathematics (NB: Submit to the office a
soft copy of your best practices following the required format.

Special concerns are also included in this school memorandum
requiring the following teachers to submit narrative reports with proper
documentation/pictorials in two copies (in long folder):
1. Allan D. Bucago- Nutrition Month Culmination
2. Magdalena Consad- Acquaintance Celebration
3. Zesa S. Mino- SMEA
4. Feliciano A. Hinay- Gulayan sa Paaralan
All class advisers are reminded of the Induction Program of the
Homeroom PTA officials which will take place on August 6, 2016
(Saturday) at 3:00 pm at the Sogod Municipal Gymnasium. Class
Advisers and any non-adviser teacher are advised to pay P90.00 to
Christine O. Laran for the catering service. Parents, on the other hand,
who opt to avail of the catering service will pay P130.00 which will be
collected by the Class Advisers and later be turned over to Christine O.
Laran. In this concern, all class advisers are further reminded that the
parents availment of the catering is a voluntary basis or as agreed by

the majority of the PTA officers of the class whether to avail of the
catering service or of other options such as BYOP and grouping.
Wide dissemination of all the aforementioned matters is strictly
advised.
