Primary Responsibilities

The Project Manager will work hand in hand with the companys leadership in generation and
will be responsible for the implementation of the Propel Globals projects.
S/he will supervise sub-contracted agencies / consultants to ensure the quality of all activities
and associated deliverable deadlines and budgeting.

Specific Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of
projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and
ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule

and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

The Project Manager will have the following experience and attributes:

Post-graduate or higher qualification in Management / Marketing / Finance from a

reputable institution
Strong analytical skills
Ability to quickly analyze, interpret and synthesize an array of information to produce
actionable recommendations
Previous experience managing projects and adapting methods to challenging and
constrained conditions
Direct experience managing a team, including line management, and training junior staff
Direct experience in managing research budgets to the highest standard of financial
integrity
Strong presentation skills and a track record of presentations to audiences, including
executives
Excellent grasp of the use of social media
Demonstrable computer proficiency including web based applications.
Ability to deliver on short notice where necessary and with minimum supervision.
Experience in a marketing agency set up is an asset
