'Fashion Center' project Group Work
After analyzing the factors (historical, economical, societal, political, educational, legal, etc.) that have contributed to the making of a 'Fashion Center' in cities like Paris, Milan, London, New York, each group will need to research an emerging market in terms of its fashion industry and context as well as its consumers demographics, likes and dislikes, hopes and aspirations, shopping habits, taboos, etc.) and present a strategy and recommendations to make a city/the capital within those countries a new Fashion Center on the international fashion map. The project will be presented in a 20 minute session per group including Q&As and feedback. All team members are required to present a part of the final project. The presentation will need to be delivered in pdf format. You can use a ppt format when you present in case you want to integrate videos or other multimedia supports. The countries/regions to analyze are: Colombia Indonesia Vietnam Egypt Turkey South Africa Middle East Pls include your sources where pertinent (not just a list at the end of the presentation).
