Note:
1. All prices are based on Ex-Works.
2. Please also add govt taxes accordingly (GST & INCOME TAX).

Payment Procedure:
a) 60% of the contract amount as deposit shall be paid by Cash/Cash Cheque within 7 days after signing
the contract.
b) 20 % of the contract amount should be paid on delivery of guide rails and doors on site of work.
c) 10 % on mechanical work completion.
d) 10% of the contract amount shall be paid on completion of work and handing over of lift.

Quotation Validity:
15 days from the date mentioned above.

Parts Service & Warranty:

Six (6) Months free service and One (1) year parts warranty.
We will replace the defective part(s), if they appear to be in a result of manufacturing fault or malfunctioning. In case of
Human Error or electricity fluctuation or any similar circumstances has caused the problem, Care Elevators or the
Manufacturer will not take the responsibility for the replacement. Care Elevator also provide service and maintenance to
the clients on reasonable monthly fee.

Items to be provided by the Client:

a) Construction of machine room/pockets, pit with proper beams and slabs/iron channels.
b) Three phase power supply (Five wires three phase, divided Earth wire and Zero curve) in the
machine according to the equipment specifications.
c) Providing of scaffolding to carry out installation of elevator.
d) Provision of suitable locked space / room storage of elevator equipment and tools.

Work Completion Period:

Lifts will be installed within 35 Working days after receiving the advance payment and delivery of lift well,
machine room and three phase power supply (Five wires three phase, divided Earth wire and Zero curve).
