momenttointroducemyselftoyou.

MynameisGaryEvansandIwasborninBournemouth,UnitedKingdom.At
thetimeofwritingthis,Iam23yearsoldandhavebeeninvolvedwithself
developmentforabout3years.

MyjourneyactuallystartedwhenIwasaround10or12yearsold.Ihada
feelingthattherewasmoretowhatIwasbeingtaughtinschool.Especiallyin
religiouseducationlessons.InthoseclassesIwouldfeelmoreofahunchthat
whatIwaslearningwasn'taccurateformyownbeliefs.

ThatfeelingstayedwithmeformanyyearsandlaydormantuntilIhittheend
ofcollege.IbeganbecomingsickandtiredoflivingthelifethatIwasliving.

AlthoughIwasnttreatedforit,Iwasdepressedandfeltlikelifehaddealtme
abadhand.Itwasthispainthatultimatelymademechangeandalsoaskthe
questionwhy?

Idon'tthinkI'veeverstoppedaskingwhy?.EverytimeIdoaskthat
question,theanswersarealwaysdrawntomeinonewayoranother.
Sometimesittakesafewhours,sometimesafewweeks,othertimesafew
years.Buteventuallytheanswerisalwaysattractedtome.

Atabout1920yearsoldIdiscoveredthebook,Think&GrowRichbyNapoleon
Hill.Ihadactuallyhadthisbookinmyownershipforabout2yearswithout
everreadingit(InowrealizethatIwasn'treadyforitatthattime).

Afterhavingreadthatbook,IwassofiredupthatIfollowedeverythingtothe
letterinNapoleon'sbook.Istudieditintenselyandreadit3timesinarow.Ive
neverdonethatwithanyotherbookbefore,butIfeltanincrediblealiveness
whilstreadingsoitdidntfeellikeitwasworkoreffort.

AfterfollowingNapoleonssuggestionstotheletter,manifestationsbegan

Slowlyatfirst.Justtheoccasionalmanifestation,butitwasenoughformeto

thathappenedtomebackinspring2005.Iwasworkingincorporate
employmentandwasstrugglingwiththepurposeofmylife.Iwasasking
questionslike

ItwasthistimethatIdiscoveredThinkandGrowRichbyNapoleonHill.AsI
readthepagesmyheartsangandsomethinginsideofmeknewthatthis
informationwasnotonlypowerfulbutaccurateaswell.

Afterrereadingthisbookandapplyingthewisdomwithin,Ihadsetmyselfa
goalofattractingabeautifulgirlIwasworkingwithatthetime.

Iwasliterallytestingtoseeifthisstuffworked.Iwouldvisionmyselfwiththis
personinourhometogether,puttingmyarmaroundheroftentosignifythat
wewereone.IwouldvisionallofthethingsIcouldbuyherandIrememberit
feltsogoodatthetime.

Now,tosetthescenealittlebetterIdidntconsidermyselftobeastudmuffin
orsomeonethatshewouldfallheadoverhealsfor.Almostalloftheother
guys,Iworkedwith,werehopelesslywishingthatonedaytheycouldhave
somefunwiththisbeautifulyoungwomanaswell.YetIstillbelievedthatI
wasworthyofanythingincludingmydreamrelationship,soIdidntallow
anyoneelsesopiniontoaffectme.

AsIhadnoresistancetowhetherthisstuffworkedornot,Istartedvisualizing,
meditatingandcreatingpersonalmissionstatementsasNapoleonsuggestsin
hisbook.

Whathappenednextwasastonishing.Istartedtoattractcircumstancesand
eventsintomylifethatopenedupopportunitiestoactuallymakemydream
cometrue.

Theuniverseliterallyputustogetherincountlesssetsofcircumstances!Itwas
greatfun!Wewouldshareprojectstogether,orwewouldbeworkingonthe
sameteam,ormovedtothesamedesktogether.Thingsweregoinggreatand
Iknewatthispointthatthiswasntacoincidence.

Skippingaheadslightly,withinjust2monthswestarteddatingandenjoying
eachotherscompany.IwasinaweandecstasyofwhatIhadachievedandI
wasfeelingbetterthanIhadeverfeltbefore.

Whatwasevenmoreamazingtomewasthatmoneyseemedtostartflowing
intomyexperienceeffortlesslyatthistimealso.AtmyjobIwasearningalow
incomeof12,000($24,000)peryear.

SoIcameupwithanewdesire.

IdesiredthatIwouldfindawaytoearn50($100)doingverylittlework;but
wouldeffortlesslymakethatinoneday.NowIdidntputalotofeffortinto
visualizingthisscenario,infactIcanonlyrememberthinkingitonceortwice!

ButguesswhathappenedTheuniversebroughtmeexactlywhatIwas
askingforandallwithinabout30daysfromtheinitialasking.

Mybrothercamehomeonedayandtoldmeaboutanewfriendhedmet.This
friendofhisjusthappenedtobelookingforsomeonelikemetohelpwith
sometechnicalworkhehadgoing.Andguesswhatthepaywas50($100)
forabout30minutestoanhoursworthofwork.

IsoonbeganreceivingsomuchincomefrommyoutsideworkthatIdecided
toleavemyfulltimejobandstartmyownbusiness.

Ihavebecomeamanifestationmagnetandthebestpartaboutitallisthatitis
deliberate!

Iamnotrelyingonanoutsidesourcetogivemeloveandjoy.Iamdeliberately
intendingtofeelgoodfornootherreasonthantofeelgood.ThethingsIam
abletomanifestinmylifeexperienceareonceagainmagicalandso,so,so
delicious.

Moneyappearsintomylifefromabsolutelynowhere.Businessfallsintomy
lap.PeopleIspendjustafewmomentsthinkingabouthavebeencallingmeup
andemailingme.Myonlinebusinesshaspickedupdramatically.My
relationships,withfamilyandfriends,haveneverbeenbetterandbestofallI
wakeupeverysinglemorningandfeelgoodtobeaconsciousdeliberate
creator.

Ihavemadepeacewithmyselfanditismyintentiontosharewithyouexactly
howIhavegotmyselftothisplaceofwellbeing,sothatyoumayalso
experienceeverythingyoudesire.

Ifyouenjoyfeelingsad,miserable,lonelyandpowerlessthenfeelthatway;
thereisnorightorwrongwiththis.Butontheotherhand,ifyouenjoyfeeling
goodthenmakeityourintentiontofeelgoodallofthetime.Whywouldnt
youwanttofeelgoodallofthetime?

Ifoneormoreoftheprocessesdonotfeelgood,thenIencourageyounotto
doit.Itmayfeelgoodtoyouatalatertime,oritmaynot.Youwillfindthe
toolsandprocessesthatfeelgoodtoyouwhenthetimingisrightforyou.

Beforewebegin,Idliketoremindyouthateverythingisalreadyperfect.
Thereisnothingforyoutodoandendlesstimeforyoutodoit.

Lifeissupposedtofeelgood.

difference.

themeaningbehindthewordsthatmatters.

Weflowthisenergythroughourmaterialbodiesandcaneitherlimittheflow
ofthisenergyorwecanallowittoflowfreelythroughus.Themoreyouallow
thisenergytoflowthroughyou,themoreinalignmentyouarebecomingwith
yourdesiresandthesource.

Thereisnosourceofdarknessorofevil.Youreeitherallowingthesource
energy,ordisallowingthesourceenergy.Itisthemindthatcreatesthis
illusionofevilanddarkness,whenallthatitis,istheabsenceofsourceenergy.

Yourthoughtsdoplayanimportantroleinwhatyouattractbutultimatelyitis
notyourthoughtsthathavetheattractionpower,butitisyourvibrationthat
hasthispower.

Vibration

Asyouobservethedebt,asyouobservethebrokencar,asyouobservethe

CreatingaComfortableRoutine

Aroutineisessentialforgettingyourselfintoaplaceoffeelinggood.Without
aroutineyouwillbesporadicwithyourintentionandwillonlyapplyyour
processesnowandthenwhichisnotlikelytohaveenoughofaneffecton
youroverallfeeling.

Formeandinmypersonalexperience,havingaroutinehasbeeninvaluable.It
haskeptmeaccountableforconsciouslyfeelinggoodevenwhenIvehad
somenotsogooddays.

Yourroutineshouldbecomfortableforyou.Itshouldnotbeachoreofany
kind,itmustbesomethingthatyoulookforwardtoandreallywanttodo.No
oneelsecanchoosewhatwillberightforyou,andsoyouarethebestand
onlyperson,todecidewhatisrightforyou.

Ihavecreatedamorningandeveningroutine.

Ispend1hourinthemorningsand2hoursintheeveningsdoingmyprocesses.
Ialsocarrycertainprocessesintomydaytimeroutine.Howevertheseareonly
refresherstokeepmeinaplaceoffeelinggood.

WhenImeditateIcanliterallyletgoofallworriesandtroublesandbecome
connectedtothesourceenergy.ItisinmeditationthatIreallycangetmy
creationjuicesflowingandstarttoallow.

Ispendapproximately30minutesto1hourmeditatingineverymorningand
eveningroutine.

Iusetranscendentalmeditationtogetmyselfintoaplaceoffeelinggood.This
isthemostpowerfulformofmeditationonecanuse.

Howtomeditate

Tomeditateallyouneedtodoisfindasquietandpeacefulaplaceasyoucan
tositorliestillfor515minutesandtrytosilenceyourmind.Oneofthemost
effectivewaystodothisisbyfocusingonyourbreath.

Noticeyourbreathing,inandout.Feelyourbreath,withyourbody.Notwith
yourmind.Releaseanythoughtsthatenteryourmindandcalmly,forgivingly
returnyourattentiontoyourbreathing.

Ifyouhaveanythoughtsaboutyourbreathingoraboutanythingelse,let
themslipthroughyourmind.Don'tholdontothem.Don'texamineand
evaluatethem.Anddon'tjudgeorcriticizeyourselfforhavingthem.Justlet
themslippastlikearollingstreamandfocusbackinagainonthestreamof
yourbreath,inandout.Inandout.

Alternatelyyoucouldfocus,insteadofyourbreathing,onthemoment.Many
peopleliketoincorporatemoreoftheirsensesintheexperienceof
meditation,andthat'sfinetoo.That'swhywedidn'tsayyounecessarilyhadto
closeyoureyestodoit.Insteadoffocusingonyourbreath,then,focusonthe
Now.Experiencethesounds,sights,andsensationsofthismomentwithout
anythought,anyanalysisorinterpretation,anyjudgment.Thattoois
meditation.

Therestispractice.Practiceincreasingandlengtheningthosemomentswhen
allyouareisbreath,whenallyouareisthismoment.Practicemaintainingthat
stateofmindfulmindlessnesseverydayforjustalittlebit,orifyoucan'tdo
thatthenjustwheneveryouthinkofiteitherwayyou'llbeamazedatthe
positiveresultsyou'llfindinyourlife.

Tostartwithinmyownmeditations,Iprefertobeginbythinkingofpleasant
thingsthathavehappenedinthatdayorpleasantmemoriesthatcomeeasily
tomymind.

OnceIamataplaceofrelaxationandofclarityIthenconcentrateonsilencing
mymind.Whenathoughtcomestome,Iallowittobethereandthenlistento
thesoundsaroundmeinthismoment.

IhavehadsomeremarkableexperienceswhenIhavequietenedmymindandI
believethatitiswithinthesilenceswhentrueconnectiontosourceenergyis
achieved.Ibelievethatmeditationisverysimilartoexperiencingthefeelings
oflove,sincesourceenergyislove,whenyoumeditateyouremoredeeply
connectingtothissource.

WhenIwasnewtomeditationIwouldsometimesbecomefrustratedthatI
couldntgettothedeepplacethatIwantedtobe.Or,Iwouldexperience
somethingonedayandthencouldnotgetbacktothatsameexperienceon
thenext.Frustrationwouldkickinandthisistheworstthingthatcanhappen
becausebyfeelingfrustrationyouarenotallowingsourceenergytoflow
throughyou.
