being able to dive into the unique challenges we face daily. This team leads lar
ge, complex, multi-phased business programs by leading cross-functional teams to
define, scope, plan, execute and deliver exceptional business value on time and
within budget in accordance with the Flipkart program management framework. Pro
gram managers drive and manage all aspects of the programs from kickoff to closu
re and be the single point of contact for all program activities, schedule and s
tatus. This includes managing program schedules, identifying and managing risks,
change management, communication and stakeholder management. This position rece
ives very broad guidance from top management and requires a high level of initia
tive and problem solving ability. Program managers are equally at home explainin
g your team's analysis and recommendations to executives while discussing the te
chnical trade-offs in product development with engineers, equally confortable ma
king prioritization decisions based on the strategic goals of the organization a
s well as bringing clarity where there is confusion. Program management make thi

Have the knack to manage the program teams, reducing the friction between them
by asking the right questions and offering solutions.
Being able to deal with and thrive in an evolving environment, being able to de
al with lack of clarity and vagueness.
The foresight to prioritize and make trade-offs using domain and business exper
tise to help program make process.
You have a technical background, are detail driven and have excellent problem s
olving abilities
Solid experience and track record of successful program/project delivery utiliz
ing multiple project/ program management methodologies/ framework, tools and tec
hniques. Strong familiarity with agile methodologies.
A strong competence and know-how of software development lifecycle.
Passion, not only about delivering extensible, on-time solutions, but an obsess
ion of contributing to the development of high-performance teams through continu
ous process improvement and mentorship
10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years of technology background
