From figures calculated above, Mean = 3,59 shows the average opinions of 100 respondents
toward level of satisfaction of Hong Lam products are always improved to customer is good,
they are neutral and satisfied with their products. The Mode = 4 belong to the group 4, this also
similar significant with Mean, showing respondents think that they satisfy with the improvement
of products in Hong Lam.
Customers of Hong Lam are satisfied and very satisfied with their improvement.
Mean = 3,59, being above a range 4 times than Standard deviation (0,896), showing opinions are
different from people rating the improvement of products, a rounding satisfy opinions, they may
think very satisfied or even very dissatisfied with the provement of products in Hong Lam.
Besides, Q1= 3 shows 25% respondents feel normal and below normal with the provement of
products and 75% of customers feel normal and satisfied with the provement of products in
Hong Lam.
P15 is 3 so that 15% customers evaluate fee from normal to below and 75% evaluate fee from
neutral to above is satisfied and very satisfied with it.
It shows that almost customers satisfied with the level about the improvement of products in
Hong Lam.
In conclusion, the provement of products really affects the view of customer for Hong Lam.
Hong Lam needs to ensure the improvement of their products in order to avoid the disparity
about that to customer. By usually checking and improving, products in Hong Lam can have
good quality that will make customer have goodwill toward Hong Lam
