Solons propose...
250,000, or each province
shall have at least one
representative.
The province of
Isabela, considered as the
second largest province in
the country in terms of land
area, it is politically
subdivided into three cities
and 34 municipalities, and
classified as a firist class
province is a major
contributor in the countrys
economic growth and
development being the
number one producer of
corn and second in rice
production in the country.
The province in the
2015 census conducted by
the Philippine Statistic
Authority (PSA) noted that
the total population of
Isabela is already 1,593,566,
this include the highly
urbanized city of Santiago
with a total population of
134,830.
According to the
proponent solons, each of
the
four
district

serving an average of
318,000 constituents, which
already exceeded what the
Constitution states of at
least 250,000 per district

The solons in their
explanatory note said that
the
disproportionate
number of constituent for
each of them hinders them
in reaching out the needs
of
their
respective
constituents as their
representatives.
The disproportionate
number of constituents for
each
District
Representative hampers the
ability to reach out and
provide
adequate
representation in Congress
and in the national
government for effective
and efficient government
services to the people of
Isabela. the explanatory
note stated.

Caguioa was one of the most prominent match-up since they first met and represent their
respective teams.
Although with lesser crowd attendance, the excitement of the game was still intense
as the previous Manila Classico. Japeth Aguilar scored 32 points which lead Barangay
Ginebra San Miguel to past the Star Hotshot, in 86-79, during their match. The athletic 6foot-9 center used all his weapons, scoring from all sides of the court and bagging
rebounds from both boards in a sky-high performance that gave the Kings three winning
streak over the Star Hotshots in their most anticipated rivalry.
The Star Hotshots, led by Paul Lee, Marc Pingris and Allein Maliksi gave out their
solid games to give Gin Kings a hard-fought game before clinching the win. Emerson

KERWIN Espinosa, the selfconfessed drug lord, is now under

likely turn state witness.
Sen. Leila de Lima is facing a
frightening prospect, knowing
that Kerwin, as a state witness,
will definitely pin her down,
which is why she is again going
into hysterics, even when she has
been aware for a long time that
Santo Tomas.
She studied medicine at the
University of Santo Tomas
Faculty of Medicine and Surgery
but dropped out during her
second year to pursue her musical
career full-time.
I may not know her personally
but judging from her family
background Mocha must be
somewhat exposed to thinking
mortals. Meaning she may have
a potential of her father's
prudence and her mother's
pediatric care.
I believe that her parental
pedigree when intelligently
deliberated means a potential
greatness.. ( if endowed
properly).
There are
people who
typecast artist to the role they
portray, worst can not separate
fiction from reality.
Mocha may be different on
her pronouncement on issues
affecting her and her morale,
perhaps we as conservative
hypocrites reacted so much on
her. But there is one thing we
unconsciously become the
moment
we
overdo
our
questioning on her intellectual
capacity- an intellectual arrogant
ourselves.
Well, as what they said" let
see the scattered" after all
Mocha is only one voice in a
collegial MTRCB. Let her prove
her worth.
But may I ask, with a country
with a hundred million
population ARE WE IN A
SCARCITY of a truly capacitated
person to
in government?
Hehehe

SURELY God is a great Giver. Mankind can learn a
lot about giving from Him.
John tells us that God so loved the world, that
he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever
believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
Jesus told the woman at the well, If thou knewest
the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give
me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and
he would have given thee living water. (John 4:10)
Paul states, He that spared not his own
Sonshall he not with him also freely give us all
things? (Rom. 8:32)
Paul said to the Ephesians, For by grace are ye
saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is
the gift of God. (Eph. 2:8)
I say with Paul, Thanks be unto God for his
unspeakable gift. (2 Corinthians 9:15)
If you are looking for the perfect gift for that
someone special make sure you buy a
Personal Gift. When we shop our gift should be
a personal gift. We are not shopping for ourselves.
You see, you must buy the person you are shopping
for a personal gift. A gift that fits the person you are
shopping for.
God gave a personal gift by giving his son to die
for our sins (John 3:16). He came for everyone. He
came for you! He did not just come for the rich. He
did not just come for the poor. He did not just come
for white people or black. He did not just come for
people from the United States. He came for everyone.
Red, yellow, black or white. The gift of Gods son
was for you. He came and died for you personally.
When he came to this earth he became human. He
didnt have to. He was God. When he lived here on
earth he was completely human. He felt heartache.
He knew loneliness. He was tempted. He longed for
companionship. He felt hunger. He knew what it
was like to be tempted by women. When he left his
KAPALARAN
ni Juan Dela Cruz
earthly fathers carpenter shop I am sure that he probably thought, maybe I should wait, I could do it
later-I am sure that he did not want to leave the comfort of home for what he knew was going to come.
Maybe he thought that maybe he should come back
and die for another generation when crosses where
out of style.
We dont like to think of Jesus in the human. We
dont like to think about God being hungry. God being tempted by a woman. It almost seems sacrilegious. But he was completely human. The nails hurt
his hands just like they would hurt yours. So why
did he do it? He did it because he looked across time
and he saw you. He saw your heart; he saw how you
needed a Savior. So he gave the gift of himself.
His gift is personal He gave Himself for each
and every one of us. So, make sure you buy a personal gift this Christmas, but may I also suggest that
you purchase a
Practical Gift. When we go Christmas shopping
for those we love, it doesnt have to be the best or the
most expensive gift, as the old saying goes its the
thought that counts. (Which Ive never really understood because if I told my wife I thought about
buying her something for Christmas and then
didnt) Our gifts should be practical, not as the
one lady said to her husband, this year lets give
each other more practical gifts like socks and fur
coats.
You know what its like to get a gift that you
really dont want or cant use. You see them in the
stores. All of us have got them. The stores are full of
junk gifts. You know, the kind of stuff you buy
because you dont know what to buylike a life size
singing deer head to hang on your wall the thing
costs $100!!! Some people buy gifts like fruit cake.
What can you use fruit cake for?? You cant eat it,
its so nasty. I heard one man say fruit cake was so
bad he tried to give it to his dog but he wouldnt eat
it, so finally he discovered that it makes a great door
stop.
Jesus has given us the most practical gift of all,
eternal life for those who turn to him. It is something
that we all need. It is something that we all must
have. Without it we die and go to hell. With it, we
live eternally. How much more practical could you
get?
