OUTGOING Arts and Letters Student Council (ABSC)

President Leandro Santos II emerged victorious in the Central

Student Council (CSC) presidential race after garnering almost
double of his opponent’s votes. Santos gathered a whopping
15,886 votes, overwhelming rival Juan Paolo Perlada’s
8,784 votes. The Commission on Elections (COMELEC)
showed that 62.03% of the UST voting populace
preferred Santos to be their next President.
