APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE No. 1 SERIES OF 2013
APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGETS FOR HE OPERATIONS OF THE BARANAGY
GOVERNMENT DURING THE PERIOD FROM JANUARY TO DECEMBER 31, 2015.
WHERE AS, under the local Government Code of 1991, the annual Barangay
Budget for the incoming year has to be submitted by the Punong Barangay to the
Sangguniang Barangay for review and approval not later than 16 th day of December
of the current year.
WHERE AS, this Sangguniang Barangay through its various committees has
studied the sources of revenues, compliance to budgetary requirements and
limitations, and various proposed expenditures contained in the said Annual
Barangay Budget; and
WHERE AS, the proposed Annual Barangay Budget is deemed appropriate for
the needs of this barangay;
NOW THEREFORE,
Be it enacted by this Sangguniang Barangay that:
Section 1. The Annual Budget of this Barangay for the Calendar year 2015 is hereby
approved as follows:

Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect on January 01, 2016.

Resolved Further, to forward copies of this Ordinance approving the Annual Barangay
Budget for Calendar Year 2016 to the Sangguniang Bayan for appropriate action.

BARANGAY BUDGET MESSAGE

To the honorable members of the Sangguniang Barangay:
I am submitting herewith the proposed Annual Barangay Budget for FY 2016 to
finance and undertake the delivery of basic services as mandated by law in line the
development of Barangay Guinguinabang, Lacub, Abra. Its important provisions are
summarized as follows:
On Revenues
Estimates of revenues for the ensuring year mainly come from the barangay share
from Internal Revenue Allotment, share from real property taxes collected by the
Municipality in our Barangay, and Provincial/ Municipal aid collected by the
Barangay Treasurer.
Other revenues from existing barangay impositions are expected to increase by 20
% of next years income, but in order to undertake some pipeline projects of the
barangay, I am proposing the enactment of two vital revenue sources,
