Honeywell, the worlds leader in avionics continues the development of weather

radar systems with the Primus 660 featuring 10 kilowatts of power and up to a
24-inch antenna. The results of a recent Honeywell survey of radar operators were
clear: customers want the performance of high power radars such as the
Primus 400 with the reliability and features of modern weather radars.
Customers are also demanding the integrated receiver/transmitter/ antenna, (RTA)
architecture that is lighter and reduces installation complexity. Honeywell has
responded with the Primus 660 a weather radar ideally suited for mid-range
business jets and regional aircraft.
