Education Scotland Inspection Report
I am writing to congratulate you after hearing of the news that the school has
received exceptionally positive feedback on a recent Inspection Report by Education
Scotland.
It is clear from the report that you as Head Teacher, Mrs Craddock and Mrs Martin your two depute heads, and the entire teaching staff, have been working incredibly
hard and have a lot to be proud of. From my reading it seems the school is going
above and beyond to make things better than ever.
In particular I am glad to see the school is welcoming further links to the Scottish
Attainment Challenge with the Scottish Government which shows your determination
to achieve equality in education and give young people in Mastrick the best start.
This is something to be immensely proud of and is a great example of how the hard
work of teachers and head teachers can make all the difference. I would like to again
extend my congratulations to the teaching staff, and also to the pupils who have
been so responsive to your hard work.
I would welcome a visit to the school to meet with staff to hear more about the
excellent work from the leadership team, staff and pupils. If this is something that
