Please
consider
me
when
choosing
someone
to
fill
the
third
grade
teaching
position
that
was
posted
online
this
past
week.
Through
spending
time
in
your
school,
I
have
recognized
an
atmosphere
that
supports
new
educators,
while
at
the
same
time
fosters
growth
in
all
students.
I
believe
that
I
would
be
a
great
addition
to
your
teaching
team.
In
this
envelope
I
have
enclosed
my
resume
that
references
my
time
spent
at
South
Dakota
State
University
and
the
educational
opportunities
that
have
been
offered
to
me
through
the
Early
Childhood
Education
program.
This
past
spring
I
had
the
privilege
of
student
teaching
at
Dakota
Prairie
in
a
third
grade
classroom.
During
the
semester,
it
became
clear
to
me
that
third
grade
is
one
of
the
most
exciting
grades
when
it
comes
to
learning.
Watching
childrens
enthusiasm
encouraged
me
as
an
educator
to
create
lessons
that
pushed
my
students
towards
a
greater
understanding
of
learning.
One
of
the
most
important
lessons
that
I
learned
as
an
educator
was
that
the
best
resource
a
teacher
can
utilize
is
their
coworker
in
the
classroom
next
door.
Through
my
education
on
campus,
I
have
been
learning
about
the
Common
Core
State
Standards
and
the
Charlotte
Danielson
Framework.
As
I
prepare
for
my
first
year
of
teaching,
I
am
excited
at
the
opportunity
to
delve
more
deeply
into
learning
about
current
initiatives
and
how
they
will
be
implemented
in
my
classroom.
Thank
you
for
taking
time
to
look
through
my
resume
and
references.
I
hope
someday
soon
we
can
have
an
opportunity
to
sit
down
and
discuss
in
person
what
other
educational
and
professional
skills
I
can
offer
to
your
school.
I
am
ecstatic
about
the
possibility
of
beginning
my
career
at
your
school.

to
set
up
a
time
for
an
interview.
I
look
forward
to
hearing
from
you
soon.
