WAIVER AND TRANSFER OF RIGHTS OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;


That a parcel of land covered by Tax Declaration No. 199/Property Index No. 004-19001-06-002, more particularly described as Lot No. 182/Assessors Lot No. 002, situated in Brgy.
Poblacion, San Quintin, Abra is registered under the name of Martin Senen Bros. & Sis;
The payment of Real Property Tax thereof has been duly made as manisfested by Official
Receipt No. 4152035 issued by Municipal Treasurer of LGU San Quintin, Abra;
That the Bros. & Sis, referred to under Declaration of Real Property with registered
owners Martin Senen Bros. & Sis. Are the following, namely; Aurora S. Cortez, Martin B. Senen
Jr., Jose B. Senen, Constancia S. Bayle and Florencia S. Aznar;
That I, Aurora S. Cortez, am the only surviving registered owner of the Real Property
aforementioned.
That I, Aurora S. Cortez, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, and presently residing in the
United States of America, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
CEDE, Transfer, convey and Waive and Relinquish unto Raul S. Aznar, my nephew, Filipino
Citizen, of legal age, who is presently residing in Poblacion, San Quintin, Abra and heretofore
assign all my rights to and interest over the above described Real Property.
