1. Introduction:
The project to be developed is Trade Windows for John, which will facilitate better
customer services and experiences.
2. Scope:
The Project scope is as per the mentioned in the Point no. 4.
3. Suggested Components:
** All commercial components have to purchase by client as below.

4. Functional Scope:
4.1Template:
Need to create template as per client requirement from scratch.
Will provide you 3 different design for HOME PAGE, PRODUCT PAGE AND PRODUCT
LISTING PAGE. And client will be selected any one of them.
4.2Reference Site:
Client need to developed website just like : http://windowsanddoors.co.uk/

Functionality and Development

4.3.1: Project Platform :
Prestashop to be used, is an award-winning e-commerce platform, which enables you
to build Web sites and powerful online applications. Many aspects, including its
ease-of-use and extensibility, have made prestashop the most popular Web site
software available.
4.3.2 Data Storage:
MySql will be used for data storage, it is open source and give more flexibility. Public
and Private both organizations now a days are using My Sql for their data repository.
4.3.3 Project Functionalities:
Back End Functionality :
- Will Provide fully manageable Admin panel where Admin can manage all that 11
products.

Front End Functionality :

- Will provide you exactly same graphics as per images (In zip file)shared by client for
all products with attributes
For example , Product : uPVC Windows
User can select 14 attributes STEP BY STEP for this product as below, and also
price and product images will be changed or reflected with over overlaying concept
on each product page.

select many attributes and product price & product images will be changed according
to it.

- Price calculation according to chart which is shared by client

5. Out of Scope:
-

Any support for hosting is not in scope of this document.

All commercial components/modules/plugins will be purchased by client only and
these cost is not included into the given price.
Reference site are just for reference, it has nothing to do with the functional scope.
Any functionality other than mentioned in Point No. 4, will be counted additional and
will be charge $14/hour. So its advisable to go through the proposal first and list all
the changes required further to move with this project.
Hosting environment has to linux , windows based hosting will not be entertained.

6. Risk Factor:
-

Raindrops InfoTech is assuming that project timeline is based on the client prompt
response if not then project dead line may be extend and may cost further to the
client.
Raindrops InfoTech is assuming that any data loss and harm to physical file during or
after the project completion on client server will be sole responsibility of Hosting
provider.

10.Offshore Software Development

Raindrops InfoTech will be given you one point of contact during the project execution
phase
At the same time Raindrops InfoTech expecting one point of contact to receive the
feedback regarding the under development work
Client prompt response will be a key to execute the project quickly and on time and
delay in feedback will has great impact on dead line as well as the resource allocation
so it may cost further to client.

11.Warranty :

Raindrops InfoTech will provide support for further 30 days after deployment for the
bug fixing only any feature enhancement work will be charge additional as per the
hourly rate those havent been agreed in the point No. 4.
