PVC floor panel need to be installed after the bus painting process.

3.3 Apply PVC Sealant (replacement of SIKA) onto the bus skeleton
Procedure
Slowly open the PVC Sealant.
Apply the PVC Sealant onto all beams and stringer.
The PVC Sealant should be evenly coated.
Gently press the PVC Sealant with your hand to
bond it firmly to the metal.

Attention
Panels must be installed smoothly.

3.5 Riveting
Procedure
To put rivets after punching at the crossbeam position of the
frame.
After the floor is finished, make the bottom hole according to
the dimension and position in photo(Dimension of bottom
hole is according to the condition).
To use self-tapping lock screw to fix the panels.
Attention
Floor splicing gap leaves 1-2mm.
Splicing screw gap of about 150-300mm.
Non-splicing screw gap of about 300-400mm.
The shortest distance of screw to the edge of the floor can not
be less than 10mm.
Screw fixed, the installed floor surface should be done the
surface batch ash treatment.
Panels hould not be into the drying room, the engine
compartment site should be added insulation layer board and
cotton insulation.
