Job Description
Self-orientation and familiarization of the gas, plant drawings
including equipment location area and safety rules and precautions.
Joined with maintenance supervisor and plant operator in setting up
daily activity plan on specific equipment, valve, vessels and
completion time.
Installed spade blinds on specific and required location to isolate .the
equipment, drums Flores such as test production gas, separators, amine,
absorbers, amine flash drums, surge drums, heater propane compressor,
exchangers, reboilers hydro carbon: drum and condensate flush drums
etc using non spark tools like brass hammer, sparmers, hammer
wrenches, chain blocks and wedges.

 Dismantle repair and re-assemble damage stuck up and passing valve

namely ball valve, globe valve, gate valve, check valve and safety
valve and perform hydro testing.
Repair and replaced damaged internal parts of absorbers, regenerators
and separators such as trays, down comers, demister & coil.
Box up and deblinding of vessels and equipment which repaired has
been completed and installed new gasket as to meet requirements and
standard procedures.

Job Description
Remove I clean I service I refit burner unit assembly. Check for
cracked burner manifolds I tubes and replace burner filter as required.
Re-install the four (4) tubes handles and box-up the units. Install new
gasket.
Blind I deblind the systema (2" Blow back Lines).
Remove I service I renew and refit all block I needle valves. Refer to
valve list.
Remove/ service I renew and refit instrumentation- sight glasses,
temperature I pressure gauges, cock valves.
Open I close the 4"-400 # Rf man ways -renew gaskets.
Flush clean the pot internals & drain lines of all sediments. Disconnect
I reconnect drain lines, renew as required.
Back flush cooler banks with water and Navee 42 to remove all sludge
and scales, salt deposits.
Assist the Company in replacing the existing 36" Launcher M.O. V.
1 01 with the brand new valve. Company to transport the valve to the
site, Company to provide the lifting equipment.
Performed installation, modification and replacement of pipe spools.
Cutting and grinding, preparation for fit-up of pipe spools.
Repair works on pipeline located at Kilometer 30.
Performed repair on pipeline which has leaks located at Kilometer 16.
