No mobilisation advance of any amount shall

be paid in this contract.
The time period for making payment
(hereinafter also referred to as progress
payment) against Running Account Bills will be
within 21 days from the date of certification of
the bill by the Engineer subject to audit
procedure of KMC.
Minimum value of work for interim certificate :
Not less than 10% of contract value.

We request you to provide us interest

free Mobilisation Advance.
We request you to make the monthly
RA Bill Payments @75% of the Bill
value within 7th day of submission of
the bill and balance within 21 days of
submission of the bill to maintain our
Cash flow.
We request you to provide the

value and also request you to impose
no such type of barrier for first four
month and last two month for interim
certificate.
It is requested to provide the
escalation clause for all the works,
since the duration of 24 months
completion period is considerably long

Providing RCC cast in situ bored piles in

position as per specifications in all kinds of soil
except rock of any hardness including cost of
boring using drilling mud to stabilize the bore
and flushing the bore of excess mud with
freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps
prior to placing concrete by tremie pipe in one
continuous operation and including the cost of
all materials and labour for placing of concrete
and also including the cost of mobilisation and
hire charges of all equipments necessary for
boring , welding of reinforcement cage as
necessary and lowering of reinforcement cage
and steel liner (if any) preparation and placing
of concrete , complete but excluding the cost
of reinforcement and labour for bending
binding etc but including the cost of concrete.
Work to be executed as per IS:2911 (Part
I/Sec 2). (Cement concrete should have an
ultimate crushing strength of not less than
....kg/cm2 on 15 cm cube after 28 days).
Using tripod, winches & other accessories
including shifting of all machinery from one
