IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement

between you and Endless Fluff Games for the software product Valdis Story Abyss
al City Demo. The software product includes computer software, the medias belong
ing to it, printed materials and electronic documentation. With installing, copy
ing or any other usage of this software product, you agree to the terms of this
agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you are not allow
ed to use or copy this software product. Further you are engaged to remove the s
oftware product from you computer.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms below, ENDLESS FLUFF GAMES hereby grants you a non-exclusiv
e license to install and to use Valdis Story: Abyssal City ('Software'). Under
this license, you may: (i) install and use the Software on any number of compute
rs; (ii) make copies the Software.
2. COPYRIGHT
The Software is protected by international copyright law. Copyright and property
right of the software product are set to the authors of the software. You do no
t purchase any rights on the software except those called in this license agreem
ent. You agree that all copies of this software include the same hints about pro
perty and copyright like on and in this software.
3. DECOMPILING
You agree not to develop the software back, change, split, decompile, disassembl
e or translate the software product neither in parts nor as whole thing.
4. WARRANTY
The author of this software product has verified the software as best as possibl
e to make sure the main achievements as described work while normal usage on com
patible equipment. Regarding to the complexity of computer software we can not g
uarantee that the software or documents does not contain errors or works without
intermissions on any equipment and software configuration or that it can fulfil
l any other of your needs. So the software and the documentation are distributed
in the state as present and you accept all risks with the usage. The author doe
s not take any warranty either express or implied to the software or the documen
tation about its fitness generally or its qualification for special purposes exc
ept those warranties that have to be applied through obliged laws and that canno
t be excluded. You know that you have to regularly backup your data and that you
have to affect additional security provisions if a software error is supposed.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limi
tations described in this Agreement. No notice shall be required to effectuate s
uch termination. Upon termination, you must remove and destroy all copies of the
Software.
6. MISCELLANEOUS
Severability.
In the event of invalidity of any provision of this Agreement, the parties agree
that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of
this Agreement.
Entire Agreement.
You agree that this is the entire agreement between you and ENDLESS FLUFF GAMES,
which supersedes any prior agreement, whether written or oral, and all other co
mmunications between ENDLESS FLUFF GAMES and you relating to the subject matter
of this Agreement.
Reservation of rights.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Endless Fluff
Games.
