Warranty Letter
We QINGDAO PROHANDS INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD, based in ShanDong P.R. China,
hereby certify that
1. We ensure the belts manufactured strictly in accordance with the contracted data sheet. If any
lower standard (proved by the third party), we will provide the following compensate options:
a. Replace with new belts which match the original data.
b. Return the value of the defected belt
2. If the belt quantity, either short in length or in roll NO. (the shortage has proved by a third
neutral party), we will compensate with new belt which match the contracted length(if it short in
length). And will compensate with doubled shorted amount (if short in roll NO.)
3. If any delay in delivery, for each day of delay,we will compensate our customer with 1% of the
total amount value of this patch of the contracted amount.

For rubber conveyor belts, detailed Guarantee Period are as below:

1. EP and CC conveyor belt (Normal temperature): TWELVE MONTHS months in application;
2. Heat resistant EP and CC conveyor belt, for HR180: SIX MONHTS in application; For
HR250: THREE MONTHS in application
Remark: All belts under the guarantee terms should be used under recommended environment
and be correctly protected.
If there is any quality problem during the guarantee period, we will send our after-sales team to
resolve the problems on site.
