RE: PROPOSAL FOR BE A SANTA CAMPAIGN

The prefects body would like to launch a Be A Santa campaign

where we would buy gifts for the boys home in Gachie that we
visited. Through this campaign we would gift each of the 30 boys a
present. These gifts would be educational gifts such as a chess,
scrabble etc that would keep the students mentally stimulated. To
purchase these gifts we would require a minimum of 600ksh per
child. We would also like to gift the House Mothers and Ancillary
staff, which are 5.
These games were already introduced to the boys when we visited
them and they took a great liking to the games, especially chess.
We would like to buy the gifts on Friday the 9th of December so
please arrange the appropriate funds, so we can visit the boys in the
following week to give them their gifts before Christmas. We
request that the school arranges transport for this day.
