Cracks shall be sealed with crack sealant &


kept under observation.

affected portion.
ii)Add new reinforcement along the old
reinforcement.
iii) Erect steel props & shuttering in required
position.
iv) Cast new slab in affected area in M20
grade concrete under expert technical
supervision.
i) Erect temporary steel props in required
position prior to R.C.C restoration to releave
partial loading on the structure.
ii) Carefully exposed the damage plaster by
plaster breaker or by hammer or by chisel.
iii) Expose the damage R.C.C member. Clean
the rusted reinforcement with light taping &
wire brushing.
iv) Pasivating the cleaned reinforcement
with rust passivator using rusticide.
v) Apply protective coating to the rust
passivated reinforcement with Polyalk F.P
with 1 part of polyalk F.P mixed to one part f
cement.
vi) Applying bonding coat to the entire
surface with 1 part of Polyalk E.P mixed to
1.5 part of cement. Care should be taken to
apply next coat within 10 minutes.
vii) Applying polymer modified cementations
mortar to the damage R.C.C mortar with
10mm cover to the reinforcement in
proportion of 1:5:15 i.ePolyalk E.P:
cement: quartz sand by weight.
i) Erect temporary steel props in required
position prior to R.C.C restoration to releave
partial loading on the structure.
ii) Carefully exposed the damage concrete
by concrete breaker or by hammer or by
chisel.
iii) After hacking of old concrete & applying
bonding agent NITO BOND, apply one coat
plaster under technical supervision.
After Repair works, Glaze tiles may be
provided to keep the surface clean & free
from algae.
Structural Drawing shall be furnished for
further comment.
Further remedial action can be suggested
after the results of NDT.
i)Break the loose plaster pockets.

loose plaster surface.
iii) Hack the joints &fill it with cement
