BeOnPush Review: $20-$10,000 investment pack

Ponzi
Sep.15, 2015 in MLM Reviews

As per a fake news video featured on the BeOnPush website, BeOnPush is

purportedly a UK and Luxembourg based company.
Luxembourg is a known tax-haven and registration in the UK requires little more
than a fee and a UK-based address on paper.
No address in the UK is provided on the BeOnPush website, with a search of the
Luxembourg address bringing up a number of businesses using it.
This is typical of rented virtual mailboxes, which is probably also the case in the UK.

Identified as CEO of BeOnPush in the video is a Ferki

Demirovski (right).
On his Facebook profile Demirovski lists his location as Brussels, Belgium. Rather
than the UK or Luxembourg, this is likely where BeOnPush is being operated out of.
I wasnt able to dig up a concrete MLM history for Demirovski, but according to his
LinkedIn profile hes been a Macedonian political adviser, runs his own consulting
firm and performed political analysis for the EU.
Demirovski took up his CEO position with BeOnPush in August and is presumably
also the owner of the company.
Read on for a full review of the BeOnPush MLM business opportunity.

The BeOnPush Product Line

BeOnPush has no retailable products or services, with affiliates only able to market
BeOnPush affiliate membership itself.

The BeOnPush Compensation Plan

The BeOnPush compensation plan sees affiliates invest in investment packs of up
to $10,000.
BeOnPush affiliates are also paid to recruit new investors into the scheme.

Investment Pack ROIs

BeOnPush offer affiliates invest in eight investment packs, with up to $10,000 able
to be invested at a time.
An eventual 150% ROI is advertised on the BeOnPush website, with more funds
invested resulting in a higher daily ROI paid out:

$20 investment pack = 1x daily ROI multiplier

$50 investment pack = 1.05x daily ROI multiplier

$100 investment pack = 1.1x daily ROI multiplier

$200 investment pack = 1.15x daily ROI multiplier

$500 investment pack = 1.2x daily ROI multiplier

$1000 investment pack = 1.3x daily ROI multiplier

$5000 investment pack = 1.4x daily ROI multiplier

$10,000 investment pack = 1.5x daily ROI multiplier

From $20 to $10.000 the investment packs expire at 150%.

Each ticket pays daily according to the todays interest + the bonus linked to its
value.
BeOnPush advertise a daily interest rate of between 0.5 to 3.5%.

Referral Commissions
BeOnPush pay referral commissions on investments made by recruited affiliates,
paid out down two levels of recruitment (unilevel):

investments by personally recruited affiliates (level 1) pays 13% and

investments by affiliates recruited by level 1 affiliates (level 2) pays 2%

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions in BeOnPush are paid out via a binary compensation

structure.
A binary compensation structure places an affiliate at the top of a binary team, split
into two sides (left and right):

Investment volume is tracked between both sides of the binary, with BeOnPush
advertising a 10% commission payout on investment volume.
Whether this is on both sides of the binary or just the side with less investment
volume is unclear.

Affiliate Rewards
Based on binary investment volume, BeOnPush offer affiliates the following rewards:

10,000 binary investment volume = a luxury pen

30,000 binary investment volume = VIP night in a club

80,000 binary investment volume = flight voucher

200,000 binary investment volume = Apple Pack

500,000 binary investment volume = Vertu phone + 1 year luxury

concierge

1,000,000 binary investment volume = Rolex watch

5,000,000 binary investment volume = luxury company car

50,000,000 binary investment volume = sports car, beach apartment and

private jet hours

Joining BeOnPush
Affiliate membership with BeOnPush is free, however affiliates must invest between
$20 to $10,000 to participate in the MLM income opportunity.

Conclusion
Beonpush has investment in various sectors of the online marketing and in majority
trading positions in the Real Time Bidding.
The profit that the company earns from these sources and investments; is shared
among the members, paid members will become stakeholders and will receive profit
according to their investment.
or, BeOnPush simply shuffle newly invested funds around to pay existing
investors.
Whatever real time bidding is, I can guarantee you it doesnt consistently return
enough funds to pay out BeOnPushs 150% ROI guarantee, 15% investment referral
commissions or residual binary commissions.
Logically speaking, if Demirovski had stumbled upon a proverbial golden goose
capable of such returns, why then would he need your money?
Thus the only logical explanation as to where the funds BeOnPush pay out are
sourced from is new affiliate investment, making BeOnPush just another Euro taxhaven Ponzi scheme.
As with all Ponzi schemes, once new affiliate investment dries up so too will the
daily ROI BeOnPush promise their affiliates.

An imminent collapse will manifest itself by the daily ROI percentage paid out
dropping and remaining close to 0.5%.
This will likely go on for a while as BeOnPush continue on in the hopes new
investment will pick up.
At some point though Ferki Demirovski or whoever hes working with are going to
pull the plug, rather than pay out the funds they themselves have skimmed off the
top.
Thats when BeOnPush collapses, leaving the majority of investors with a loss.

The guy is from Montenegro just this should be enough to stay away.
And the name he use is completly fake. Why on earth whould a politician member of
the european parliament bother making such system? And with the contacts he has
with his job he can get billions from investors and pay them peanuts as interests.

All this is so fake. An other obvious ponzi scheme.

Maybe we should warn the real minister before it become too big and make the real
guy some troubles?

I ended up here doing my research. I have not invested in this page, but your posts
is just an opinion from some random internet user, not from someone that actually
knows about this subject.
So, be more helpful. Hoy do you guarantee your opinion? In what are you based
on? I would really like to know, because reading this has not helped at all.

I dont guarantee anything, but the review itself is based entirely on BeOnPushs
compensation plan (business model).
If you find the marketing BS someone is obviously pushing on to you to be more
comforting, then best of luck to you.

First of all, I want to thank the admin of this blog for leting me express myself.

Let me introduce myself, my name is jerome and i am a member Beonpush.

Im here to try to make you understand that this business is far away from being
smoky.
Reading your comments, I realize that most of us can not even imagine a daily yield
made by the RTB.
So what is RTB:
(Ozedit: No idea what RTB is, but Im pretty sure it has nothing to do with BeOnPush
soliciting investments of up to $10,000 and using them to pay off existing investors.
Irrelevant waffle about RTB removed.)

@Jerome
If BeOnPush was generating external revenue, through RTB or any other vehicle,
they wouldnt need to solicit investments of up to $10,000 from affiliates.
All thats happening here is new affiliate funds are being used to pay off existing
investors.

Its hilarious to read any comments defending a system such as this one.
Are people so dumb, to believe there is a system to earn 1-2% per day, guaranteed?
Why in gods name would anybody with such a system need some lousy $20 from a
poor soul? Hed be a fucking billionaire in NO TIME.

@Webmaster, youre doing a great job trying to save some of those poor souls of
losing their last few pennies! Keep up your work!

Seeing as youre the first person to bring it up, nobody said a video from the BBC is
fake.
In any event, whether such footage exists has little bearing on the $20 to $10,000
Ponzi scheme behind BeOnPush.
BeOnPushs business model makes it a Ponzi scheme, not whether or not they
featured on the BBC.

Cause they arent able to UNDERSTAND network and MLM..
Sure, there is no guarantee nowhere in the world^^. Sure, there sometimes ARE

companies, existing since years.

^^ I removed the waffle and insults.
Like every other ad-credit scheme, if third-party advertising was funding the ROIs,
BeOnPush wouldnt be soliciting $20-$10,000 investments from affiliates.
They have to solicit investments, because these are the funds they pay existing
investors with. RTB is just jargon they tote so people like you can run around the
internet defending what is otherwise a blatant Ponzi scheme.

Then I will post it again (without insults) because I want people to notice, at leat in
this post, that you know NOTHING, but anyways you speak your opinion like it is
FACT; and as I said, I am not defending the company because I am not even
interested in investing with them, but that is your best defense against people that
shows your ignorance.

Its hilarious you pretend to be an expert about all this subjects. You dont even
know what RTB? You are REALLY outdated.
Real time bidding is insanely huge, it is dominating the online advertising market
because how good it is to deliver ads in a more effective and efficient way. You
manage a website and you dont even know how programmatic advertising works?
You really think there are no systems to earn high interests like that? Do you at least
know Forex? I guess not.
And I make clear I am not defending beonpush here (youre preferred answer would
be how [insult removed] I am for investing money in the company).
My point here is that you are a good example of the DunningKruger effect (a
cognitive bias, [insult removed] people cant realize their own [insult removed]) and
one of the main reasons of humanity downfall.
You sir, are the one who needs to be educated:

Im not doubting RTB exists, or denying what it is.
Im saying its got nothing to do with BeOnPush solicitng $20 to $10,000
investments and using those investment to pay off existing investors.
If RTB was funding BeOnPushs advertised ROIs, they wouldnt need to solicit
investments from affiliates.
RTB to BeOnPush is what penny auctions were to Zeek Rewards, cloud computing
was to WCM777 or VOIP was to TelexFree.
Its a Ponzi scheme, time to face facts.

Corporate registration is less than toilet paper.
UK corporate registration.
Take it from someone whos reviewed hundreds of Indian scams registered in the
UK.
And yes, Dubai has little to no Ponzi regulation (see belated EmGoldex warning). Its
the perfect place for foreign national scammers to set up shop.

because it has a binary compensation plan. The fact that it offers 150% ROI simply
implies that the binary system is just a bonus.

Right. Because a new office in Dubai overrides paying newly invested funds to
existing investors.
Dont prejudge just because it has a binary compensation plan. You will get $30

The problem isnt a binary compensation plan, the problem is BeOnPush uses newly

Thank you very much for your article Oz! I was *that* close to realize by myself that
BeonPush was a scam but I coulndt (wouldnt ?) because of all the littles stars

A guy in my class told me today about BeonPush (yes that thing is still alive ), and
I knew about Ponzis schemes but the fact that I was told by a person of trust which
had kind of proof (money made from BeonPush by a friend of his), BeonPush being
pretty well done (for a Ponzi) and selling you dreams well It can truly have an
amazing psychological power!
But happily your article broke the spell and it became obvious it was a scam, rather
bad now that Im back to my senses.
Now writing a thesis to explain and convince my friends it is a scam, the guy who
told me about it is pretty deep in the charm because of his friend who made money

Whether you steal money from people who join after you is neither here nor there.
BeOnPushs business model makes it a Ponzi scheme.
Do u have patience and see me through times to come
Patience to wait for new victims to join after you so you can steal from them? No, I
dont.
Again, whether you withdraw funds youve stolen from subsequent investors has no
bearing on BeOnPush being a Ponzi scheme. Its business model does, and that
places BeOnPush squarely in scam territory.

If you were intelligent enough to read up on all the failed ponzi schemes posted
here you would have learned to avoid them at all costs.
Seeing as you posted a link here you have shown yet another sign of not being so
smart.
You have nothing to prove here most ponzi schemes pay for a time yet long term
they do more damage than good.
Seems you are just making a weak attempt to prove you will get paid a few times.
This does not prove that it is legal or a good thing to join.
Many more will lose money than will be getting paid.
You cant just think about yourself and your earnings.
Where do you think your profits come from in the first place?
Sooner or later it will come to a crawl from no one spending.
Dont waste your time or anyone else here time by posting proof you got paid.
You were told it was a ponzi and why. IF you refuse to see that then you will have to
learn that the hard way.

Ah, the juicy steak argument. Dont ask if its real or not, if it tastes good its fine
(REF: The Matrix, Cipher)
But there are two questions you are not asking:
1) Is the company authorized to market this investment opportunity in your
jurisdiction? Financial investments are closely regulated.
2) How are they making the extra money they are paying everybody with? Real
investment places have traders making money on real markets.

Whos dismissing it? Investors pumping $20 to $10,000 on the promise of
advertised ROIs paid out of newly invested funds is a Ponzi scheme.
Theres a difference between calling out financial fraud and dismissal.

You say you guarantee that 150% cannot be met

In the history of Earth, no investment has returned anywhere near 150%
legitimately in the daily time-frame BeOnPush are advertising.
You dont even know what the bidding for ads market involves.
Because it doesnt matter. If BeOnPush actually had anything to do with advertising,
affiliates wouldnt have to invest up to $10,000.
BeOnPush use that $10,000 to pay off existing investors, thats all thats happening
here. The only people who dont see that are investors in denial (same old Ponzi
story).

There was a program sometime back with similar claims called Briscofunds that
lasted 6 months before it disappeared with everyones money. It was registered in
the UK with a bought address.
The full details of Beonpush are here:
companydb.uk/09714406-beonpush-ltd#.VtWRScfa6ek
With Ferki registered at a Macedonian address.
To mention the word investment in any marketing material available to UK
residents the organisation has to be registered with the FSA:
register.fca.org.uk
and display their registration number on all their marketing materials (including
websites). Nothing relating to any name related to Beonpush is registered at the
FSA and as they are not displaying a registration number the FSA have confirmed by
telephone that the Beonpush website is operating illegally in relation to offering
services in the UK.
All this is very similar to Briscofunds so time will tell when the site disappears in

As I understand it its only recently promotion has ramped up, following the relative
collapse of a few ad-credit schemes.
Either way, thats the if it was illegal authorities would have shut it down
argument. Doesnt hold water as its the business model that determines legitimacy.

As a man with over 18 of web development an internet marketing experience, plus
countless hours of researching and studying MLM, I would like to chime in for a
moment.
I have heard of BeOnPush for a few months now, but Ive only started examining
their website today. As far as people on Earth using false identities is concerned;
how many people really believe that the presidents real (Ozedit: Completelly and
utterly offtopic derail attempts removed)
Now, as far as you jumping the gun to call this a Ponzi Scheme, heres how youre
very very wrong.
People who are seriously uneducated by todays sophisticated business models
claim that all Multi-tiered Affiliate marketing and MLM are Pyramids, or Ponzi
Schemes.
The definition of a Ponzi is when a company uses money from new investors to
pay the dividends to older investors.
BeOnPush, and all other ad rev-shares are not Investments. Customers are not
buying shares to a share of a certain company or commodity, but rather they are
customers (mainly marketers) that are buying advertisement packages, and
because we are talking about digital advertisement (no ink and paper to buy, no
film or broadcasting equipment and crews to rent) we are talking about adpacks/packages that carry very little overhead, so the companies can afford to
share profits from their revenues, and unlike Ponzis theyll never collapse as
long as marketers have a demand to buy their products.
Like the telephone, the internet is here to stay. The telephone change business by
the way of telemarketing, and the internet has transformed business by the way of
internet marketing, so there is no argument to prove that ad-pack rev share
should collapse like pyramid or ponzi schemes.

This is not likely and to understand the reason lets use Traffic Monsoon as a prime
example. So-called watchdogs were saying they were going to take the money
and split, but when is it going to happen?
It hasnt and thats because members agree to withhold about 40% of their revshare profits to repurchase more ad packs and this leads to the long sustainability
of the ad rev-share business model, but most important is the reason why
customers do this this in the first place; that reason is because THEY understand
the business model, and THEY are making decent money!
Now, why has PayPal and you so-called watchdogs been legally cleared to slander
and attack so many honest businessmen and companies without a shred of
evidence or even probable cause is a topic that I would like to have discussed.
This is the total ignorance behind your bogus expert opinion:
Theyre ALL Ponzi Schemes because the only reason they are able to continue
paying revenues is because people keep buying those damn ad-packs!
OR
Hey Google is (Ozedit: not an MLM company. Derail attempts removed.)

As far as people on Earth using false identities is concerned
In MLM (or any legitimate business for that matter), there is no justification for the
use of false names.
Its fraud, and goes hand in hand with the running of a Ponzi scheme.
BeOnPush, and all other ad rev-shares are not Investments. Customers are not
buying shares to a share of a certain company or commodity, but rather they are
customers (mainly marketers) that are buying advertisement packages
Purchasing advertising packages doesnt pay a ROI, investments do.
You arent seriously going to contend the oldest pseudo-compliance bullshit in the
book are you?
AdSurfDaily tried that years ago. It didnt work and their founder is now in jail.

BeOnPush use newly invested funds to pay off existing investors. That makes it a
Ponzi scheme.

You sound just like an owner that wants to justify his own agenda in his own

are sustainable.
Unlike a real business providing a service you dont expect to be paid by the

It has been fun reading the comments from the promoters of this Ponzi. I have to
admit they have actually have come up with some new wrinkles in defending their
Ponzi de Jour.
On March 16, the IAB, Internet Advertising Bureau, UK, held their Real Time
Marketing Conference in London. Representatives from companies that actually
trade in the RTB marketplace were there. Wanna guess who was missing? Yep, you
guessed it Ferki Demirovski, or anyone representing BeonPush. Rather odd since
this is one of the premier events for the RTB community.
Along other lines, BeonPush says they have traders in London, but conveniently do
not mention who they are, where they are located, and of course no registration
with the regulatory agency in the UK governing traders.
Inquiries to Ferki Demirovski about other discrepancies between what is said,
information on their website have gone unanswered. Now why would he be ducking
answering simple, legitimate questions if BeonPush is real as claimed?
I give this six months ops before the wheels come off the bus. The people behind
this have no clue about the RTB marketplace and neither do any of the people
joining. It is all smoke and mirrors. As the old saying goes: A fool and his money are
soon parted. It certainly applies to anyone joining BeonPuah.
But BeonPush legal and real? Not in a million years.

You should do better researches before publishing
What do you think why his address is from Brussels, Belgium ?
He is member of the european parliament, and latest since yesterday (bomb terror)
all people should know that the european parliament is located in Brussels.

Why do he need money from Investors ?

All companies need money and this is just one way for Beonpush to let the
companies capital grow.
Watch the introducing video. They explain why a company needs money. It is
because they can buy larger charges and larger charges are in relation more cheap
and the company earnings are bigger. That is how business works.

What do you think why his address is from Brussels, Belgium ?
He is member of the european parliament
Right, because anyone who lives in Brussels, Belgium is a member of European
parliament. No worries.
Why do he need money from Investors ?
All companies need money
Perhaps, but they dont source investment from new investors to pay off existing
investors.
Paying out Ponzi ROIs is not capital growth, is an ever-expanding liability that will
eventually see the company collapse.
So, before posting something like that, do your researches and try to understand
marketing..
The BS marketing videos Ponzi schemes put out tend to make a lot less sense when
you lay off the koolaid chief.

Dirk: He is member of the european parliament the european parliament is
located in Brussels.
Two problems.
1) Espace Leopold in Brussels Belgium is a SECONDARY location for the European
Parliament. Primary location is Louise Weiss in Strasbourg France.
2) The names of European Parliament members are easily found online at
europarl.europa.eu/meps/en/full-list.html It does not have anybody named Ferki.
Kinda do your own research before repeating nonsense relayed to you and accuse

@OZ
I am still wondering why people are still dumb enough to think that Beonpush is not
a scam, just by looking at their unknown money exchanger (Payza and Payeer), you
can tell its a fraud.
Since when a money exchanger company hasnt got a phone number. Moreover
what they are actually doing is exactly what you said, they are using the money of
the investors to pay the other investors. This exactly the Madoff scam Idea.

Finally that @Jerome guy is probably part of the scam, since he is doing videos to
promote the scam: vimeo.com/user48839460
This is ridiculous and has to stop NOW!!

@jerome
Been reading this site since last year. I hear everyone on this site, but I always look
at the positive side of things. I tried it, I bought a pak for 20 and 100. I watched
everyday as I kept receiving more and more.
I then bought 1000 pak. Waited as my account accrued 18 dollars daily. After the 8
weeks i withdrew the profit of 512.34 and kept the 1000 inside for another pak
purchase, same thing happen again, 504.78 dollars profit, I wired it out and now the
1000 is pure profit since I got my money back and wired back to payza.
I am amazed Jerome at this. Now I am planning to with no risk at all, to keep
removing profits for as long as I can if it sinks one day, I wont care.. I love this!!
Remember do not ever be angry at others, do what you feel is a good move and

Im not on here to get in to a pissing match or a back and forth name calling war.
This will be my first and last post on this subject.
Im also not on here to say that BeonPush is or isnt a scam. This is just a viewpoint
of posibility of how BeonPush may be able to pay the ROI they claim.
OK OZ as hard as this may be for you to do please open your mind to all posibilities.
What if BeonPush takes the money they get from the packs people buy to buy
advertising spots on the internet and that the more spots they buy at a time the
cheaper they can get those spots.
They leverage the money they get from pack purchases to buy more spots in ever
increasing numbers at lower and lower prices because of volume.
Now lets just say they are able to always auction these spots they have purchased,
for at least double what they bought them for. Now we are also going to assume
there is an unlimited number of spots to buy and unlimited demand for these spots.
If BeonPush is constantly earning 200% on the sale of advertising spots then they
should be able to pay the 150% ROI. Now using this explanation and only this
explanation would you admit that the ROI they promise IS possible.

What if BeonPush takes the money they get from the packs people buy to buy
advertising spots on the internet and that the more spots they buy at a time the
cheaper they can get those spots.
Then they wouldnt need to solicit thousands of dollars in investment from affiliates.
Theyd get a small loan for $10,000 from a bank and over time scale up their
investment to make bajillions.
Now lets just say they are able to always auction these spots they have purchased,
for at least double what they bought them for. Now we are also going to assume
there is an unlimited number of spots to buy and unlimited demand for these spots.
Thats a lot of assumption, without any proof. And 200% ROI on bought advertising
with an infinite source of sucker buyers willing to pay a 200% grossly inflated price?

Please.
The bottom-line: The advertising world isnt full of idiots and quite obviously doesnt
pay the ROIs BeOnPush provide.
Youre talking about a multi-billion dollar industry in which BeOnPush isnt even a
blip on the radar.
Look, no doubt a fraction of a percentage of newly invested funds is put into
advertising.
This is so BeOnPush investors can run around the internet going SEE,
advertising! But lets cut the crap, for a $10,000 a pop Ponzi scheme offering 150%
ROIs, theyre obviously shuffling the majority of newly invested funds to pay off
existing investors.
The only condition anyone should even consider BeOnPush are providing ROIs
through advertising is if they submit to a public audit and/or register themselves
with the SEC and provide detailed financials showing so.
We both know thats not going to happen though, because Ponzi.

Beonpuh does not seem to be legit at all, you put money on it and it grows thanks

souls money to do that?
And also you are dealing with money, so why dont you even have a trusted server

your user name, password and you are in
There are many things that dont fit to me but anyway on February 24th I put $50

Dubai operates under Shariah Law so any business there has to comply to Islamic
principles. One of the pillars of Islamic business is transparency which means every
dollar earned has to be verified, it cannot come from an unknown source and
Interest is a strict No-No so what comes out as payouts have to come from ACTUAL

How do you know that newly invested funds are used to pay off investors?? It is
just an assumption on your part.
In any case, BeOnPush is halal certified that means it is Shariah compliant.
Shariah compliant means that every dollar paid out must not be an interest
element, it has to have been earned, verified and accounted for.
It does not matter even if new investors money are used to pay off investors
money is fungible !!as long as investors are not paid in the form of interest but
from ACTUAL earnings from business activities, if it is not then it will no longer be
Halal and thus not Shariah compliant
As long as it is Shariah compliant and Halal it is not and can never be a ponzi.

Because newly invested funds are the only verifiable revenue source of funds going

Ergo newly invested funds are being used to pay off existing investors.
Nevermind the fact that advertising and 150% ROIs are do we really need to have

these questions I have:
On which major exchange do you have a board seat (Rubicon, Appnesus, etc.)?
Which service does BeonPushhe have advertiser (Xaxis, Accuen, Amnet etc.)
demand from?
On March 16, the IAB, Internet Advertising Bureau, UK, held their Real Time
Marketing Conference in London. Representatives from companies that actually
trade in the RTB marketplace were there. So why werent you there, or at least have
a representative there?
Why are the names of the traders and their registration numbers missing from the
Home Page? Ferki, you did say that you have traders in London, and this is a
requirement to trade by the UK Financial Services Agency.

Funny that your company said their headquarters were in London, BeonPush was
not registered with Companies House as required by law. As soon as this was made
public almost immediately the headquarters moved to Dubai, where you still are not
registered as a business. Please explain why the sudden move?
But please answer all my questions instead of ducking them like you have for the
past 3 weeks when asked. Yep a real business here my assets.

@Beonpusher/Ferki, I have asked you over and over again to simply clarify what
your company does in RTB and you have been UNABLE to do that.
Let me explain as clearly as I can why there is overwhelming evidence that BOP is a
ponzi:
In RTB, 100% of the money for the ad space comes from the client, and the RTB
trader buys that media on the exchanges for cheaper than they are being paid for it
(on any metric). Someone could give me $1million but without an advertiser, there
is no space to buy with that make sense?
You could shut Lyndell, Oz, and everyone else up with just couple of sentences
saying which tech you use, or which exchanges you use I happen to be friendly
with seniors at all of the major RTB tech business and could easily verify what you
say.
I promise you, that I would be your biggest affiliate and would put $50k in tomorrow
and recruit everyone I know if you could simply verify something that is in no way a
business secret. I would also be able to put north of $100k worth of advertiser
spend a month with you if you could provide some credible answers.
I expect you to ignore this comment as you have done my emails. If you were a
credible CEO running a legitimate business you would answer this now and put to
bed this scurrilous opinions.
Again, I look forward to your response.

I want to thank behindmlm.com for this review, which has confirmed my doubts
about this beonpush stuff:
It is curious and funny that this beonpusher guy has rejected in many occations the
chance to prove his business right. This also left me more skeptical.
Having failed in a similar project, I have learned a good lesson and my Number 1
Test question is this:
What legitimate product does your business offer for my money?
beonpush cannot answer this

and he knows deep within that once there are

no more people innocently joining there will no longer be any inbound cash flow, so
the scamming must, and will stop.
Letshavecash was a similar example/model: They were offering a nice profit for your
money, however, No Products were given
Until one morning people type letshavecash.com to be redirected to Twitter.com!
I challenge you both, beonpusher, and the other fellow, to prove me wrong on that.
Moreover, a good friend of mine who has invested money in beonpush told me you
guys went to Dubai to establish the business because the U.S. and Paypal were
not willing to trust you. What is your answer to that?
@NPandey this does not compare with MAP. MAP is legitimate business and they
have a valuable product for your money (you already know, right). My advice. Dont

MAP is a Ponzi scheme because newly invested funds are used to pay off existing

Great reading. I have a contact on Facebook who keeps posting articles about the
latest MLM and HYIP. I cant work out if he knows hes scamming people or not.
I feel he, and the majority of people defending beonpush here are people who are
down on their luck who have been truly suckered by a con artist.
Even if you convince yourself that somehow the payments you receive are legit, just
stop and think: if you could earn 150% returns on your investment in a day, why
would you ask other people for their money?
You dont need it, your pot will continue to grow. Anything in life that seems too
good to be true generally turns out to be that way.
I read Ozs early posts and I really hoped he would help those people who are
looking to or have invested. But alas, it would appear they can not be saved.

Of course there is, thats how ponzis work.
At .5% per day, the fraudsters have your money for 200 days before you get back

So, youve sent your money off to someone you dont know, somewhere youve

Sorry for my mistake DeluXe. But as the others have pointed out, thats still
incredibly high.
Im no banker or accountant but I know that if I want to invest my money then 3.5%
a day is insanely high returns! If I put in $10,000 then Id be earning $350 a day! If I

were to put that back in each day, I would be earning nearly $1,000 a day with
$26,000 in there to withdraw!
Dont you think anyone with with $10,000 in the bank would do this? I could earn
$1,000 a day after a month with zero effort. And this would grow and grow, no-one
would ever have to work again!
Im not just saying this because I want to be right. Im saying it because I believe
that you are NOT a con man. I believe you have been tricked by an offer that is too
good to be true yet you desperately want it to be true.
The people who sold you this incredible offer know that you will feel this way and so
they have surrounded their lie with all the information that you are seeking to
confirm to yourself that you are right and the doubters are wrong.
Step back and look at BoP with respects to all the other investment opportunities.
Why dont others offer the same rates?
How can they survive when such great opportunities as BoP exist? Without having
to know any of the facts surrounding how BoP make money and how they pay
people, surely you can see from this that something isnt right.
I genuinely hope that anyone reading this who is already caught up in this scam
realizes what is happening and gets out. And please, please, pleasedont just

Is anybody here even serious for 3s ? Does anybody know anything about RTB here?
Ponzi-killer, even by your name you are a troll. I know the people who withdraw 19k
and it was mid-April, your information is outdated and guess what Bop is still alive
and pay me $250 everyday.
There are 2 sites : benonpush.com and beonpush.pro, the two sites underwent big
changes lastly cause Bop is about to release an Android/IOS application for Mobile
RTB and a complete mobile phone specially for Africa and India.
There is actually no real RTB leader in Africa mainly cause they use way more
Internet mobile, so we are going there with a complete working phone with mobile
RTB integration.

I think everybody here is juste a little too much tight-minded (if this word even
exist).
2009 straight after the subprimes, was one of the more profitable year for traders
all around the world and they made billions OUT OF NOTHING, just speculation!
So, making 150% after 4 months is easy. The fact that making money is hard is
something you think cause we are all brainwashed by rich people and society, but
believe me, making money is way easier that it seems.
Us here, are on a totally new market which is expanding very very fast.
If this market was possessed by few leaders, making them rich like never and you
would see in the news Ferki Demirovski, ceo of Beonpush is now on the list of
richest people on earth, Im pretty sure you would say Yeah, right time, right
place, I guess..
What is disturbing you here is that anybody can be successful too, me, you, Jerome,
anybody.
Peace my friend and never forget making money is easy as hell.

Right. And you can account dollar for dollar for all funds flowing into BeOnPush and
prove ROIs are paid from RTB revenue and not affiliate investment?

No, you cant.

The fact is advertising does not pay the ROIs BeOnPush are paying out and the only
demonstratable source of revenue is affiliate investment.
Whats happening here is not rocket science.
I forgot to say that I have actually 0 affiliates on any of my business. Im just

You dont need to personally recruit people in a Ponzi scheme. So long as someone
is doing the recruiting, new funds will continue to flow into the system.

and from the telegraph:
Investors are being warned to be wary of a new online advertising investment
scheme that promises returns of up to 150pc. Launched last year, Beonpush, which
is frequently promoted by Facebook users, claims to offer individual investors a way
into a potentially huge market for online advertising.
It promises investors daily interest of between 0.5pc and 3.5pc, as well as income
for referring others.

Its pretty obvious that there is no RTB at all. This is just good old investment
autosurf Ponzi (i.e. Ad Surf Daily) with a fresh coat of paint.
When you throw away all the buzzwords, all that remained is buy packs ->
profit. There is nothing else relevant.

@Gautier. Im pretty well versed in RTB, having run $millions of campaigns using
various DSPs and SSPs.
A good friend of mine was the founder of Admeld (an early SSP) that was sold to
Google for $400 million in cash. I know people at Board level at all of the major RTB
players (Appnexus, Rubicon Project, Pubmatic, Infectious Media, MediaIQ, BrightRoll,
Adap.tv etc).
For Beonpush to be legitimate, they would have to be working with at least one of
these tech companies. In addition, they would have to be getting demand,
predominantly via the Agency Trading Desks (ATDs) which is where the
overwhelming majority of RTB demand emenates.
BeonPush does not have any form of relationship with any of the RTB pipes/tech.
they have no connection to the demand side, and further to that, they have no
advertiser/industry facing marketing dont you think thats very strange?
Beonpush describes the way they make money like the stock market i.e. they use
affiliates money to buy impressions en masse upfront and therefore buy it cheaper
to then sell it to advertisers later at a profit this is a total falsehood.
RTB is performed in real time Every impression is treated as a single entity due to
its timing, position, and most importantly, who is viewing it! You simply cant buy
upfront that which is traded in real time.
If I was the CEO of BeonPush and there was so much negativity swirling around my
business, I would be quick to come out with backend screenshots of the DSP Im
using showing live campaigns, quotes attributed to both advertisers and tech
companies about how great we are to work with, interviews with the relevant
industry press (AdExchanger or ExchangeWire). None of this is commercially
sensitive and would shut up any naysayers.
BeonPush is a very obvious Ponzi scheme.

Hello everyone, first let me say: beonpush has never paid 150% of revenue, they
had just paid 50%, i mean: if you invested $100, after SIX MONTHS (long time) they
would give you $150 TOTAL, meaning that they had just paid 50% of your
investment.

Also they have made some changes recently, now you dont even get 50%, now its
just 30%, if you add $100 after 6 months ull get $130.
the 150% was just a propaganda to get more people, i mean: if a business gives you
150% of revenue, it should be 150% besides your investment.
Source: im a beonpush member.
Opinion about it: yes, even though im on it, i think its a scam, it will eventually
collapse.

I almost fell off my chair laughing of the claim that BeonPush has paid out over $71
Million Dollars. Talk about a whopper.
But just for a moment, lets assume that is true. Then please explain why Ferki
made this update to the members, and I quote:
Hello Dear All,
tonight I dont write this message as the CEO of Beonpush but just as Ferki
Demirovski.
Yes, im very disappointed from the reaction from some poeple Beonpush is a
young company with business model based on a human side with a long term
strategy and a constant evolution.
I do have a very competitive business based on small margins. i keep good daily
profit thanx to the economy we make on our organisational model (we dont have
golden office, i dont travel in private jet, i dont even travel in business class, i
dont have 10 top models assistant, i pay my lunch with my own money not even
one cofee with company money, )
. I have a very small team doing the work of very large team
. I run everywhere to find best prices for IT needs
. I give all my private time to make stronger and stronger the company everyday
. I meet many poeple just to be sure every decision is made on best price for best
quality possible
. I read everyday that i dont exist, that i do scams since im 12, that our business
model is based on smoke and so much more
My team is working 24/7 for more than 9 month. they did hard but successful
migration to new system. they did process thousands and thousands requests. they
fight everyday to protect your accounts from hackers: that we dont even mention
because is normal for us.
maybe our communication is bad but i tought MLM is about giving poeple higher
benefice for doing the companys communication and help from everyside.
and if we work hard IS for keeping our daily profit on same level and even going
better and better.
So maybe i am wrong. maybe i should buy a rolls royce and make super video from
that car and do better communication. maybe i should rent or even buy a super
office where i can spend days inviting you all. or accept all your invitation and travel

fast by private jet BUT THIS WILL certainly affect the daily rate SO NO we will keep
it as it is!
we will work hard and even harder. we will even see to increase margins by cutting
some costs that we could afford.
I dont need luxury I prefer to invest all profits i make in the new project comings
and in the future of Beonpush.
I know that soon support will be fine. update is finished and all little bugs will be
corrected and we will show the world what is it to be a beonpusher!
many successful companies started in a garage! our garage might be big thanx to
all of you but wait for the days we show that this was the right way to do things.
NOW as CEO of BEONPUSH , me Ferki DEMIROVSKI i have to say tomorow is a new
day. and tomorow i will work even harder and better and i will remember who
from you has the same spirit and wake up and do the best HE/SHE CAN to make this
company GREAT!
because sitting, waiting and complaining never did make things go on higher level.
this is not my company BUT OUR COMPANY !
thank you all my friends for our nice messages and have a good night !
Ferki DEMIROVSKI
PS: i just did need to take out all this from my mind and to tell it to you because im
happy that company finished with updates that company finance and
organisational is stronger than ever for us to go on to China and sign all for Beontel
and all new super features for beonpush
Interesting isnt it that this CEO of this great company cant use proper grammar
and punctuation. But at least Ferki did admit that BeonPush is a Ponzi.
There is no way in Hades that he can pay those kind of returns when he himself
stated the profit margins were very thin. In short, he is blowing smoke up your skirts
claiming he can pay those kind of returns with such thin profit margins.
Now what was this again about BOP paying out over $71 Million Dollars?

Good joke. International events, conferences, meetings are the engine and
feeders for pyramid and Ponzi scams. Their purpose is obvious:
a) Give a feeling and impression of legitimacy to the current members
b) Harvest some new members
What next?
Factory in China. Launching of Beonpush Smartphone.
Are ponzis supposed to behave this way??
Yes, some do it this way. World GN, Kairos they use some cheap re-branded
phones from China and include this stuff in their business packages.
This business model is close to dropshipping. You dont produce and develop
anything, but you can buy cheap no-name stuff from Asia, put you brand on it, and
sell it with higher margin and ship it with aid of the high level logistic provided by
Amazon etc.

A false impression of your brand is essential there. Works fine on some specific
markets (like MLM enthusiasts and scam promoters). Added value is closed to nil.
Reason why to do that?
a) To legalize business scammer can shout: Hey, we have physical products in our
packages! or We have a factory in China we are real!
b) To provide false impression to affiliates they bought something valuable and
physical in their packages.
Well, phone for 110 USD in package for 2777 USD (Kairos) is a nice example.

Im sick of trying to educate idiots into saving their money. All i get is the same
bloody responses.
IT IS NOT A PONZI BECAUSE I AM GETTING PAID!
Wake up morons. You are only getting paid because some other poor sucker has
come in and invested some money with the same expectations that another sucker
will come and they will get paid.

That is not a business, nor are you an entrepreneur. Its just plain stealing and
throughout the process you are stealing money the people below you are likely to
never see again.
If you are happy to take money then that says a lot for your personal ethics and
morals. Remember: whatever you are stealing, the owner is stealing 10 or 100
times more than this and laughing at you.
If you make it big and become a top affiliate then be prepared to show up in court to
justify your earnings. You could try the Faith Sloan approach and claim ignorance I
never knew i was stealing money. I didnt know it was a ponzi!
You can see how well that has worked out for her.
Real marketers actually build something with substance and work their asses off to
do it. The difference is you know it will not just disappear within a few months.
People who have no idea and just want to get along by stealing join
Revshares/Ponzis.
Which are you? I am pretty disappointed with a friend of mine at the moment
because all they do now is promote revshares despite building a reputation in the
legitimate advertising industry.
I keep saying to them you do realize that as each site shuts down your own
reputation is being diminished to the point where no one will join you in anything

Allow me to combat the admin for one minute please because I dont quite
understand his rant. First, let me say that I am NOT a member of BeonPush, or any
other RevShare program; however, I am HOPEFUL that eventually some CEO will get
it right and create a fair, legal, sustainable, and profitable way for poor, working
class people or have-nots to make a living using the internet like all (Ozedit:
Offtopic derail attempts removed)

Lets take the admins argument against RTB. He says so what if RTB does make
profits or its doubtful that RTB does make profits because Beonpush would NOT
need $20 -$10,000 from investors.
Thats NOT wise or intelligent logic because Google (Ozedit: Google is not an MLM
company soliciting up to $10,000 in investment on the promise of an advertised
ROI, offtopic derail attempts removed)
Conclusion: If you dont know what RTB actually is then how can you slander a
mans business and reputation.
RTB could actually be generating millions of dollars in revenues that is actually used
to pay members and sustain the program and Beonpush could be using the capital
generated from their MLM to develop software, cloud based servers, and advertising
campaigns. HOW WOUL YOU KNOW?
Many people are relying on the success of Beonpush and they dont feel too kindly
about publishers scaring or turning people away with slander.
Let me ask: could you make these attacks in court and win?

In which case thered be no reason to solicit investment revenue from affiliates.
HOW WOUL YOU KNOW?
Because obvious Ponzi is obvious.
Advertising isnt some magic money hole, where you deposit $x and get back a
fixed 1.5x ROI.
Let me ask: could you make these attacks in court and win?
Yup. Ponzi schemes dont file lawsuits, because all the plaintiff has to do is serve
discovery on verifiable revenue sources.
Ponzi scheme either runs or provides documents that demonstrate all the revenue is
sourced from affiliate investment.

Judge rules against the Ponzi scheme and they lose.

Many people are relying on the success of Beonpush and they dont feel too kindly

If BeOnPush are using newly invested funds to pay off existing investors, I can see

Dont need to to realize BOP aint that.
The logic is very simple: if it is that profitable, they can go to a bank and ask for a
loan, even a short-term one, and save all the commission and revshare and whatnot
they are paying out. Why would they need YOUR money?
You do realize bank rates are MUCH lower than whatever theyre paying out now,
right? Heck, with all the connections Ferki allegedly has, bank should be lining up to
lend him money.
You cant explain this. Dont bother. BOP makes no sense as a business, even by

I know precisely what RTB is, know senior directors at dozens of companies in the
UK, US, and Eastern Europe that are involved in RTB (advertisers, agencies, RTB
tech businesses etc.), and I can guarantee you that BeonPush is not in the space.
Even the way that BOP describes how they use affiliates funds simply cant be true.
For claritys sake, YOU CANNOT BUY A POSITION IN RTB ITS REAL TIME FFS!
Im very happy to have an open conversation with anyone from the company, and

@Jon Walsh I think Beonpush is just using this description buy positions because
most of the people are stupid and wouldnt even understand, its just for the ease.

@Oz a fixed 1% to 1,8%???? i dont get it or you dont get it. Lets say I buy an
advertisment space for 100$. I sell this space via RTB (since these are auctions, its
always sold for more as in every auction house) for 140$ Ive a profit of 40$.
The next day the same auction goes out for 130$ so ofcourse there are
differences daily. It even went down to 0,8% 1 day on 100$ pack.
@K. Chang I dont understand your nonsense. 130% for normal members, 150% for
premium members. I started with 150$ on Beonpush and after ~2 months I had 13
people in my direct line and 900$ profit (which I completely reinvested).
Now I paid out my 150$ so all I get is +++ Anyways, there are dozens of people
who can proof that you get your 130%. But its not the topic here, the big question is
if there is a product (RTB) behind Beonpush or not.
I ve seen a live video of Sergej Heck sitting in a presentation about RTB from
Beonpush. Ofcourse you can say the video is fake.
@Oz you know the falsification? Its the only truth. So if you want your theory

Thats a cute story.
1. BeOnPush has nothing to do with RTB until you can independently verify that it
does.
2. Advertising does not pay consistent ROIs daily. Investments do, advertising does
not.
3. If BeOnPush was able to consistently generate fixed ROIs from advertising, theyd
have no reason to solicit thousands of dollars of investment from affiliates.
Go to a bank, take out a small loan for $1000 and retire as the richest people on the
planet in a few years. Yet here we are
you know the falsification? Its the only truth. So if you want your theory verified,
falcificate it. Give me a proof that its a scam.
The only verifiable source of revenue entering BeOnPush is affiliate investment.
Ergo new affiliate investment is being used to pay off existing investors.

YOU, I, ANYONE CANNOT BUY ADVERTISING SPACE FOR $100 (OR ANY AMOUNT)
AND THEN RESELL IT VIA RTB.
Apologies for the caps, but I need to shout this point. Online ad space is ephemeral,
as it is all boils down to ad impressions.

You cannot pre-buy ad impressions tomorrow from a website or from a network

without dealing direct with their sales team and drawing up a contract (known as an
insertion order).
The website/ad network will want to know who you are (agency or client) and will
want to know and approve the advertiser (no guns, no tobacco etc.) YOu would then
need to create what is known as third party redirect tags, that would house tags
from an SSP to allow the impressions to be sold in real time.
As the buy you have done is done as run of site/run of channel, you would have no
data targeting on it, which means you would have no granular understanding of the
audience to which you have bought your impressions, so there is no understanding
as to whether the impressions you are then hoping to sell on the ad exchange will
create you a profit.
This whole description is a nonsense and cant work. It cannot happen in the real
advertising world for multiple reasons, and even if somehow it could, there would be
very little chance of making any arbitrage or profit.
Beonpush doesnt even understand RTB to talk about it. Questions they would have
ti answer to any potential advertisers (assuming that they are legit) are:
1) what tech platform(s) are they using?
2) what is their secret source? why should advertiser spend with them and not
Accordant Media (for example)?
3) What advertiser case studies can they share?
4) Who is their Head of Trading/Account Management/Data Science?
5) Why cant you give me better rates rather than pay your members? My
advertising results are the only thing that matter to me.
I am happy to have a recorded conversation with all/any of BeonPush team and ask
questions that only someone with an intimate understanding of digital marketing
and RTB can ask.

Reading this I recall all the hate I got when I told people that ZeekRewards was a
ponzi. I have been getting hammered with this for months and its 100% a ponzi.
Fact is weve seen ponzis have legit businesses and still fail. A big one is PIPS from
about 12 years ago. They had offices around the world, etc..etc. Fact is unless you
can look at the books, you dont know.
Ive read reports that advertising companies have tried contacting Beonpush and
havent heard back. So, are they so successful that they dont need more business?
This thing is a ponzi, it will die. Just because its paying you or has paid you doesnt
mean that its not a ponzi.
A lot of the people in these threads online cant see the truth until it slaps them in
the face. Then they decide that anything MLM is a scam. When in reality its
because they get to emotionally attached to earning money the EASY way that they
cant accept their own screw ups.
Dont let this happen to you. Theres way to many ways to make an honest dollar,
working for it. To chase these golden dreams, that should sound to good to be true.
Now, that being said, if you like to gamble, these things can be fun, but dont BS
people and tell them its real. Its a ponzi!
This guy didnt find some secret advertising business model and decide he would
share it with thousands of strangers around the world. He could have borrowed 10k

He came up with a good story, found a bunch of idiots to invest in it and hes

@ James you are right ..unfortunately for all the believers and investors but that
money is gone.
Sad for the people but it is a life experience for them to be carful with all these onlin
e. scams Ferki has to be very careful because there have been many Russian
Investors and they do not joke if one screws them

For the 2 that claim that beonpush is a scam. I would like you to answer just 3
questions.
What have you learned in just over a month since you posted that comment?

@James:
No. It means, that Ferki Demirovsky has packed all his bags with participants money
and is ready to fly away.
There is an application to close down (strike off) the company BeOnPush from UK
companies register. An application was filled and signed by Ferki himself.

Unless an agency intervenes and a receiver is appointed, your chances of obtaining
a refund are negligible.
Youve been defrauded and the money is gone.
