Question: What is the difference between competitive advantage
(CA) and sustainable competitive advantage (SCA)? Explain in just
a few sentences.
Competitive advantage (CA) is when a firm acquires attributes that
allow it to perform at a higher level than others in the same industry.
Sustainable competitive advantage (SCA) is when an organization
acquires or develops an attribute or combination of attributes that allows
it to outperform its competitors.
