and marketing to cover business in the global economy, functions of business organization and
management, marketing basics, and significance of business financial and risk management. Future
Business Leaders of America (FBLA) provides the opportunity to apply essential standards and workplace

Class Expectations

Show respect for all individuals in the classroom.

Come to class prepared to work (bring an active mind and necessary materials).
Listen when others speak.
No sleeping in class (you never know what you might be missing!).

Cell Phones
Cell phones have increasingly became a distraction to student learning and class participation. Students
will be checking cell phones in during instructional time. School computers and classroom electrical
outlets will not serve as charging stations for cell phones. An area has been designated for students to
place phones when they come into the classroom. A student not abiding by this protocol will be subject
to an immediate disciplinary referral for insubordination. If a student has an emergency I will be glad
to work with them.
