Page 169====this is a totally wrong information =======as in toxic

multinodular goiter the active part is internodular tissue NOT thyroid
nodules cuz this thyroid nodules is fibrotic and not active ..usually toxic
multinodular goiter occur on top of simple nodular goiter in which thyroid
gland is filled with fibrotic nodules so when toxic transformation occur it
never be active cuz it is already fibrotic .!!!!

Page 206 the correct is 3rd generation of cephalosporins (e.g cefuroxime )

Not cipro as it is from qiunolones

Page 170 the correct is ======toxic symptoms as hyperthyroidism is an

active secretion ..but in thyroditis it is passive process due to
