How to open a case with the Avaya Learning Support Center

Create a ticket on Partner ITSS


1. Visit our web portal: http://partner-itss.avaya.com.
You will be redirected to the Avaya SSO Login page.

2. Click on Create a Ticket from the left-hand menu items or click on the Report an
Incident icon

3. Fill out the required Contact Information fields.


Supported languages are English, German, Spanish

If you are a Business Partner, fill out the Service Information fields as follows, to ensure
routing to the correct team. You will be prompted to add your Partner ID (Link ID) to
open a request.

If you are a Customer, fill out the Service Information fields as follows.

4. Please,
provide
a
short
description
summarizing
the
incident.
Please also provide a detailed description in the Additional details field, such as a
course code, course name, course location, order number and further details.

5. You may attach files to your description by clicking on Add Files


You may attach e-mail messages, IM conversations, screenshots or other information
that may facilitate the work of the Support Desk and speed up your issue solving
process.
6. Click on Submit to submit your ticket. Your ticket will be automatically stored to the
assignment group AVA-ALHD-T1 who will respond to your request as soon as possible.
