Description: Analyzed frequency allocation and real-time network KPIs using TEMS
Investigation by comparing different network operators of Pakistan. We gave some solutions
to the optimization like, LAC optimization, Scrambling Code optimization, TAC

optimization, PCI optimization. We gave some solutions and recommendations for

improvement in 3G&4G RF network like high gain antenna amplified in indoor solution and
recommended antenna engineering parameters like antenna type, mechanical & electrical tilt
and height for improving & optimization.
